SCOTT Williams rose to prominence after a sensational run to the semi finals of the 2024 PDC World darts championship.
While he’s considered one of the most exciting players on the PDC Tour, Scott is often seen with Ellie by his side. Here’s what we know about her.
Who is Scott Williams’ wife, Ellie?
Ellie Williams is the wife of darts player, Scott “Shaggy” Williams, who had an impressive run to the semi finals last year at the World Darts Championship.
She was born on November 10, 1994, and appears to have been brought up in Lincolnshire.
Ellie was pictured celebrating her 30th birthday with her hubby.
In a post on Instagram, Scott wrote: “I wouldn’t have the life I have if it wasn’t for her support and patience, and the kids are lucky to have someone like you to look up to!”
Ellie was reportedly working as a contract administrator and buyer at Clarke Group Construction, a Lincolnshire-based company until July 2024.
She and Scott share a son and a daughter, Buzz and Aurora.
Ellie often shares her family and books on her TikTok page.
However, Scott isn’t the only one who has tried his hand at darts.
In 2019, Ellie teamed up with her other half at Spalding Services Club for a mixed pairs final.
Thanks to some crisp finishing from the Tigers duo, they emerged victorious with a 2-1 win.
Living with a chronic illness
Ellie juggles being a mother while courageously living with a chronic illness.
According to her TikTok page, Ellie lives with degenerative arthritis, a condition that causes cartilage and bone to break down in the joints.
She’s strong willed and very stubborn, but even with her own physical problems from her chronic illness, she tries her best to get on with everyday life with a smile on her face!

She explains that she began experiencing pain at the age of 15, despite being active as a dancer and cheerleader.
When she turned 18, she was diagnosed with the condition—the same year she met Scott.
However, she eventually began using a walking aid to manage her daily life.
Scott added in the post: “She’s strong willed and very stubborn, but even with her own physical problems from her chronic illness, she tries her best to get on with everyday life with a smile on her face!”
On LinkedIn, Ellie wrote that she was leaving work to concentrate on her health, thanking her colleagues “for doing everything you could to make me comfortable in that period.
“I never would have lasted as long as I did without the disability aids you put in place”.
In 2023, Ellie had an operation on her spine, but she says the walking aids help her to “do daily life”.
