CASEY O’Gorman ruffles feathers in tonight’s Love Island All Stars in the most brutal honesty challenge.
The TV star traded blows with Curtis Pritchard and refused to back down.
Curtis was the contestant to get the text, revealing the rules of the game to his fellow islanders.
Reading to the group, he said: “Islanders, it’s your chance to let each other know how you really feel in tonight’s challenge – To Be Honest. #HonestyIsTheBestPolicy #FaceFacts”
The game got a little tense when Casey nominated Curtis and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu as the most likely to cheat on each other.
“Bulls**t answer,” Curtis snapped.
Then things continued to spiral when Ekin-Su chose Casey and Gabby for the couple most likely to cheat.
“Purely because of your past, you might be a changed man but you did mess Tina around,” Ekin-Su explained.
It comes as Casey and Tina were left trading swipes at each other during the fan-favourite Snog, Marry, Pie.
Fans will remember how the pair clashed when Tina first entered the villa after it was revealed that she had slept with Casey last year.
Made in Chelsea beauty Tina met Casey when he briefly joined the cast of the E4 reality series.
It saw the TV stars hooking up but things soon ended on a sour note.
Tina confessed she felt disrespected by Casey after he left her alone at a party in order to leave with new girls just days after they had been intimate with one another.
Although the pair had seemingly discussed the fallout and put their feelings to bed, everything rose to the surface once again during Snog, Marry, Pie.
During the game, Tina chose to pie Casey as a result of their history.
She said to him: “I am pieing this boy because… obviously history will never repeat itself.
“I’ll never go near this boy again and you are just a wind-up merchant so I wanted to pie you in the face.”
Casey looked less than impressed with pie all over his face as he shrugged off the comments.
Speaking in the Beach Hut, Casey said that Tina was still caught up over their brief encounter before taking a further swipe at the stunner.
