AN EMOTIONAL Louise Thompson was today seen breaking down in tears live on her podcast.
The star, 34, who shot to fame on Made In Chelsea with her brother Sam Thompson, 32, started to cry as she told fans she was feeling “burnt out”.

Louise‘s candid confession came in the latest edition of her He Said, She Said podcast with fiancé Ryan Libbey.
In a short clip promoting the show, the former reality star struggled to hold back the tears as she talked about struggling with her hectic life.
Speaking to Ryan, Louise said: “People think you’re just an influencer, you’re just out there having a lunch everyday, you’re having a good time, you’re larking around with your brother.
“It’s not true, I don’t have a second in the day, I don’t take a lunch break. I am back to back with meetings.”
Mum-of-one Louise, who who has had various health battles, including ulcerative colitis and lupus, continued: “I look at people who have grown really successful businesses that aren’t necessarily influencers and they have teams, you have to have a team.
“And they have teams of ten, twenty, fifty, a hundred people… you have to scale up. “‘I’ve basically realised in the last six months that I’m doing at least five people’s jobs.
“I think it’s fine though to also have a bit of a burnt out moment and be like, it’s all part of the journey. I don’t need to be perfect.”
Ryan then said “You shouldn’t be having burnout in the second month of a brand new year, you just shouldn’t.”
To which Louise replied: “But this is why we’re having this conversation.”
BROTHER’S PAIN
Louise’s misery comes as The Sun revealed that her brother – who she is extremely close to – had been left “devastated” following the news his ex Zara McDermott is dating Louis Tomlinson.
We exclusively revealed the One Direction singer, 33, and the Strictly star, 28, are seeing each other, after the pair were spotted on a cosy night out.
Louis whisked Zara to a hotel in Aldeburgh, Suffolk, where a fellow diner snapped them enjoying a romantic meal.
Sam, who split from girlfriend of five years Zara in December, was mortified when he found out about the dates and shocked about how quickly she appears to have moved on.
A source told The Sun: “Sam is obviously devastated by the news, he was with Zara for years and the break-up has hit him hard.

“He’s taking some time out to focus on himself – it’s completely blindsided and embarrassed him.
“He didn’t expect Zara to move on so quickly and he’s still dealing with the aftermath of the split.
“He’s not found the split easy and has been trying to keep busy and take his mind off it by focusing on work, friends and family.
“But everyone can see that he’s struggling and just needs to take some time out to reassess things.”
“His close knit group of friends have stepped in to support him and his family have been rallying around him,” they continued.
“Although it’s been a tough few months, Sam is determined to put the past behind him and move forward.
“He’s looking to the future now, and all the exciting projects he’s got coming up, like his and Pete’s Staying Relevant Live event at the O2, which is a huge career move for him.
“He’s also headed off on holiday and is trying to focus on doing things he loves, after what has been a difficult time following the split.
“He’s trying to fill his diary over the next few months and keep working hard and believes this could be a fresh start for him.”
