Real reason Molly Mae Hague is no longer hiding Tommy Fury reunion after weeks of secrecy

MOLLY-MAE Hague is all in with Tommy Fury again – but not everyone is celebrating.

Molly-Mae, 25, has made it clear she “doesn’t care who knows” about their reunion, with pals saying it’s like they’re in the honeymoon phase all over again.

Her inner circle fears she’s setting herself up for another heartbreak after the turmoil of their recent split.

Now, she’s back in Tommy‘s arms and it’s all moving fast.

A source said: “In her mind they’re back together and back in love.

“She doesn’t care who knows, it’s like they’re in the honeymoon period all over again.”

It comes as The Sun revealed her fiercely protective sister, Zoe Hague, has been waving red flags, refusing to forgive or forget how things played out last the last time.

“They think this is a terrible idea and that it will end in tears again,” the source said.

“For them, it’s not a case of if it implodes – it’s when.”

In scenes broadcast on her warts-and-all Prime Video documentary, Molly Mae: Behind It All, the Maebe founder sobbed as she recalled pleading with Tommy to ditch alcohol during her sister Zoe’s Wedding last year.

Opening up about how her memories of her sister Zoe’s wedding day were ruined by Tommy’s drinking, she says: “At my sister’s wedding I literally begged him, I pleaded with him to not drink.

“And … it’s just really sad … I don’t know why I’m crying now. It’s just so sad. It just affected me.”

During the candid opening episode, the former Love Island star talks to her mum, Debbie, in the £3.5m mansion she used to share with Tommy and reveals the full extent of her struggle behind the scenes as their five year relationship broke down.

“He wanted to have a family life but also have the life of a 25 year old boy with no responsibilities and the two don’t go hand in hand,” she says. “He’s never had an alcohol problem, it’s just that alcohol caused problems for us.

“It got to a point where I wasn’t really looking forward to anything because alcohol affected it so much.”

And when her mum admits she can “only cite a couple of examples where he’s had some alcohol and it’s not led to anything disastrous” Molly hits back: “I can’t think of any.”

Tommy and Molly’s shock split came in August last year when she posted a statement to Instagram, telling fans: “Never in a million years did I think I’d ever have to write this. After five years of being together, I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.”

He was later accused of cheating on her with a ‘blonde stranger’ on a lads’ holiday to Macedonia – something Tommy has repeatedly denied.

The former Love Island star then admitted that alcohol and partying was behind their split, saying: “We broke up because I had a problem with alcohol and I couldn’t be the partner that I wanted to be anymore.

“It kills me to say it, but I couldn’t. I loved a pint of beer, loved to drink.”

Tommy also revealed he’d beaten his battle with booze.

He said he was back on the straight and narrow, while Molly admitted in the documentary that: “What’s getting me through is the hope that Tommy and I will end up back together.”

Now, back in the UK, Molly took to her vlog to address the elephant in the room, saying: “We’re just figuring things out.”

She said: “We had a really really amazing time, probably the best holiday ever for all of us.

“It’s not that I’m hiding it, I’m not quite ready to talk about it.

She added: “It’s also private, but also it’s not really private.

“When you have a relationship in the public eye, trying to rebuild that relationship or work on that relationship or see if you have something worth saving…

“You can’t figure things out the way a normal relationship would.

“You can’t do the normal things a coupe trying to work on their relationship normally do.”

She added: “We’re just figuring things out and seeing how it goes.”

She told the cameras: “My whole coping mechanism over the last few months is that we will get back to a better place.

“The positive part of my life now is that Tommy and I are working on this and things are going in a more positive direction.

“I think if things were in a really bad place with Tommy and I had all this drama going on with Maebe I think genuinely, I would have a breakdown …

“All I want is for us to work.”

The Sun later told how they rekindled on New Year’s Eve at a pal’s party.

Despite the warnings thought, Molly-Mae isn’t listening.

She’s convinced Tommy is ‘The One’ and appeared to shut down advice from her older sister Zoe.

During the documentary, Zoe told Molly on camera: “I’m sad for you but you have to go through it and it’s hell and that’s what makes me sad – you want to be with 50% of Tommy but you don’t want to be with the other 50% of him.”

She goes on: “The last two months you’ve been happier and nicer to be around because you’ve not got the stressors that come along with being with him.”

She also explained Tommy knew how she felt about him.

She said: “Mine and Tommy’s relationship was very very turbulent.

“We definitely butted heads a fair few times about him going out and me being protective with Molly.

“He was great with Bambi but he wasn’t at the time being a great partner and I think that’s what she potentially couldn’t see.”

The couple’s split – and now their reunion – has sparked speculation that it was all for show, but Molly-Mae has also shut down claims that it was a publicity stunt.

She in her series: “I wish it was a publicity stunt because it would be a lot easier because going through all of this with the turmoil of a break-up has been incredibly hard.”
