PRINCESS Beatrice’s baby girl could have a very unique royal title – but aunt Eugenie’s sons won’t get them.
The royal’s newborn daughter Athena was born several weeks prematurely and is said to be healthy and doing well – weighing 4lb 5oz.

Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi announced the birth alongside an adorable picture.
In a nod to the late Queen, their baby’s middle name is Elizabeth – Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi.
The couple released a photo of their “tiny” newborn wrapped in a pink blanket.
She was born at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital shortly before 1pm on January 22.
It is not expected that His Majesty will give the newborn a title, however. Athena could get a unique one through Edoardo’s family.
Edoardo is actually an Italian count, so his children also inherit a count or countess title.
Edoardo’s dad, Count Allessandro Mapelli Mozzi, explained to the Daily Mail: “Edoardo is the only male descendent taking the family into the next generation.
“He is a count, his wife will be a countess automatically and any of their children will be counts or nobile donna.”
Edo’s father has both British and Italian citizenship, but he cannot officially use his reported Italian title in the UK.
Announcing the birth, Edoardo said: “Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi.
“We welcomed Baby Athena into our lives last week. She is tiny and absolutely perfect. We are all (including Wolfie and Sienna) already completely besotted with her.
“Our hearts are overflowing with love for you, baby Athena.
“A massive thank you from my wife and I goes out to all the wonderful staff at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for their exceptional care and support during this incredibly special time.”
Athena would have been the late Queen‘s 13th great-grandchild and is 11th in line to the throne, with Beatrice’s younger sister Princess Eugenie moving down to 12th place.
Royals are traditionally granted titles on their wedding day, Prince Harry became the Duke of Sussex when he tied the knot with Meghan Markle, as Prince William became the Duke of Cambridge when he wed Princess Kate.
Beatrice and Eugenie kept their royal status but were not given titles when they married their respective husbands.
This means Princess Eugenie’s son, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank, won’t have a title.
