AN INCREDIBLE new Bentley residential skyscraper will allow motorists to be transported to their apartments without leaving their vehicle in the car park.
The carmaker will open the state-of-the-art branded tower with 216 residences in 2028 in Miami, Florida.

Bentley has announced that it will partner with Dezer Development to build 216 residences[/caption]
The apartments will be capable of storing at least three vehicles[/caption]
The skyscraper boasts a number of amenities including a gym and cinema[/caption]
The huge 61-floor, 750ft tower is called Bentley Residences and the flat layouts have names like Bentayga, Azure, Bacalar and Arnage – all famous Bentley models.
Residents will be able to board the Dezervator lift — named after Bentley’s partner, Dezer Development – to ascend to their floor without leaving their motor in the ground floor car park.
Promising the “ultimate in seamless privacy”, each apartment will be equipped with a built-in garage.
Those living on the east side of the tower will boast an 144 square meter which can house up to four cars.
On the west side, homeowners will be able to store three vehicles.
Both wings will come complete private heated swimming pool and summer kitchen with spectacular views of the ocean.
Scooping the keys to one of the opulent residences will set you back just shy of £5million.
Homeowners can also make use of the tower’s cinema, whiskey bar and beauty salon offering hair styling, manicure, pedicure, and make-up facilities.
And if you’re peckish, Todd English, a four-times winner of the James Beard culinary awards, curates bespoke dining experiences.
“We have applied the same attention to detail that goes into our cars into this very building,” Ben Saltmer, the product and life-style design manager for Bentley, said.
“Each space is different, but with distinctive Bentley design cues styled harmoniously throughout — right down to a functional area like the Bentley pet spa concept.
“Despite practicality being paramount, the area should have an elevated experience.
“We achieve this through exquisite materiality and subtle Bentley design signatures, an ethos we’ve followed throughout the design of the building.
“For instance, in the pet spa we’ve used the Bentley diamond motif when giving the surfaces a non-slip quality.
“This diamond signature extends graphically to the shelving above the main bath area that houses towels, shampoos, and pet-friendly fragrances.”
Saltmer added that the tower’s cinema has been designed to replicate a Bentley vehicle’s interior.
He continued: “A cosseting sofa wraps around the back of the rear three walls, embracing residents in the space.”
Bentley aren’t the only manufacturer who have executed the ambitious venture.
Porsche has done it in Miami and Aston Martin is preparing to do the same, while Mercedes-Benz and US-based JDS Development Group are celebrating the launch of Tower 2 at Mercedes-Benz Places, the brand’s first real estate project in the US and one of the largest under construction in Florida.
However, Porsche’s ultra-luxurious 640ft beachside skyscraper where Lionel Messi owns an £8m apartment is reportedly sinking.
The carmaker’s Design Tower, only 10 years old, is drooping at an “unexpected rate”, a new University of Miami study has found.
The study has found that 35 buildings have sunk up to three inches between 2016 and 2023.
Most of those affected are along Sunny Isles Beach – and it also includes the Ritz-Carlton Residences and two Trump Towers.
