A MAFS UK star has revealed that she had eight plastic surgery procedures in one day, as she opened up on her painful ops.
Shooting into the spotlight on Married At First Sight, Ella Morgan has since been snapped up to work as a model.

Ella, 29, opened up to Olivia Attwood on her So Wrong It’s Right podcast, and talked a bit about her transitioning process[/caption]
And she’s also regularly popped back onto screens, returning for the MAFS reunion, but also appearing on Celebs Go Dating.
Ella was Married At First Sight’s first transgender bride when she appeared in season seven of the hit E4 show in 2013.
And she’s now discussed a time when she had several tweaks in one day, and said it left her “looking like the puffer fish from Finding Nemo.”
Ella, 29, opened up to Olivia Attwood on her So Wrong It’s Right podcast, and talked a bit about her transitioning process.
During this, she said she had to have facial feminisation surgery.
Ella told Olivia: “It’s about having loads of little things tweaked on my face to make me more round, I had eight things done in the same go!
“I had my Adam’s apple shaved, I had a lip lift, my nose done, my chin done, fat taken from my stomach and put in my cheeks, I had my brows lifted, I had my hairline pulled down so they removed a chunk of skin.
“I had titanium implants put in my temples because my… in a man, traditionally, their temples are more hollow and they go in, where a woman’s face is slightly more rounded.”
Ella, whose surgery journey began at the age of 20, admitted to being extremely swollen after the several procedures she’d had.
She said she “ballooned,” and added: “I looked like the fish from Finding Nemo, the puffer fish, you know when it goes from small to big?”
And talking about feeling the need to “prove” herself, she continued: “From the age of 17 I physically started dressing a woman, I went to the gender clinic and I had to live as a woman for two years physically, get a job and everything, as a woman and prove myself for two years before I was allowed that done.
“So I had that done when I was 20. I started my hormones at 17, I had the vagina when I was 20, boobs when I was 21 and I have had them done since again twice and then I am having them done again this year.
“Because this has gone rock hard,” Ella added, while pointing to her chest.
It comes a month after Ella opened to fans on her hair transplant journey, and shared photos of what she’d had done.
Ella captioned her Instagram story: “Hahaha I can’t cope with myself!! Today’s my first proper outing since my surgery…”
In addition, she marvelled at the transformation by sharing a photo of her new look.
Ella added: “How have I gone from this… to this in a week.
“I tell you us trans dolls are stronger than weightlifters.. we are the blue print!”
The star previously explained how her desire to have the procedure stemmed from scarring in a past facial op.
It left visible marks along her hairline – a source of “insecurity”.
After hinting to fans for nearly a year, Ella surprised her fans by posting a snap of her new hairline to her Instagram story.
She penned: “Sorry I’ve been quiet .. I’ll be back on socials soon .. just taking some time to recover and chill atm.
“I’ve been vlogging the whole thing so you can see my journey when I’ve finished editing it Xx.”
Last March, she asked fans for surgeon recommendations as she disclosed hopes to have the operation.
Speaking at the time, Ella said: “Hi guys, Since I had my face surgery in August 2021, I’ve got a large scar which goes along my hairline from one ear to the other, and it’s been healed for a while now.
“I want to get a hair transplant to cover it, as it’s something I’m still self conscious of when I wear my hair back.
“Any recommendations for clinics who offer the best hair transplant for women that would be amazing.”
The Sun exclusively revealed last month that she had split from Alex James Ali after rumours of infidelity within the relationship.
A rep for Ella told us: “Ella is extremely grateful for her time on Celebs Go Dating and for meeting Alex.
“Sadly the couple had decided to split recently this month, but Ella was unaware of any messaging between Alex and other girls during the time they were together.
“This has come as a bit of a shock and so Ella will be focusing the rest of the Christmas and festive period on spending time with her family, alongside focusing on her career and wellbeing.
“She has learnt so much about what she wants and deserves, and knows what her worth is, which is the most important thing.”
