LOVE Island’s Luca Bish and Samie Elishi were forced to head out on a date with one another after being dramatically coupled up following the results of the public vote.
The two Islanders were told they would be spending some time with each other after a text message instructed them that they would be joining Chuggs and Danielle on a double date.

It came amid high tension in the villa[/caption]
Tensions were already high between the pair after Luca opted to sleep with Grace outside on the day beds and not pay any attention to new partner Samie.
Luca and Grace had already rowed over Samie’s entrance and his decision to snog her during a challenge after she made it clear that she wanted Luca and nobody else.
It made for an awkward date for the pair on tonight’s episode.
During the chat, Samie admitted she felt that the “awkwardness” had begun to fade between her and Luca.
She later admitted that she felt as though the public had chosen them to date as a result of Luca choosing to kiss her.
In response, Luca said: “I never look back with regrets, every lesson is a lesson learned.”
Later during the date, Samie revealed that hers and Luca’s secret connection went back a YEAR after he messaged her a “happy birthday” last year but Samie admitted she did not reply as she had a boyfriend.
It saw Luca chuckle that “must have been hard” before he then said: “I have a situationship so I can’t reply [to you].”
Although the pair kept things cordial on the date, it did not stop Grace from worrying back in the villa.
She admitted to her fellow Islanders that she was simply counting down the moments for her partner to return.
After the date drew to an end, Luca headed back to the villa where he shrugged off any suggestion of the connection turning romantic.
He told the boys that he’d enjoyed a “nice day out” which left them in hysterics as they reminded him it was date and not a school trip.
Meanwhile, as Samie attempted to de-brief with the girls, Luca opted to pull Grace to one side to reassure her about how the date had gone.
