JAMIE Laing will be taking on a mammoth challenge to raise money for charity in March 2025.
The Made in Chelsea star will be running five Ultra Marathons from March 17 until March 21.
Becoming a TV star
Jamie rocketed to fame on Made in Chelsea, where he was responsible for some of the show’s most viral moments.
He joined the show in its second series, in 2011, before launching the sweets company Candy Kittens.
The star is the great-great-grandson of Sir Alexander Grant who created the McVitie’s Digestive Biscuit.
Since leaving Made in Chelsea, Jamie has appeared on Strictly Come Dancing and has married his fellow TV star Sophie Habboo.
Jamie’s charity challenge
Jamie is running a grueling 150-mile ultra-marathon from London to Salford to raise cash for Comic Relief.
The epic five-day challenge will see the TV star pounding the pavements and braving the British weather.
Starting in the heart of London, Jamie will finish his journey at BBC Radio 1’s studios in Salford.
The event is part of this year’s Comic Relief fundraiser, helping to support hundreds of life-changing projects.
According to Comic Relief’s website, Jamie is doing the run to help people across the UK.
It reads: “Jamie wants to dedicate his Ultra Marathon Man challenge to anyone who is currently struggling to get by, because he knows however hard his run may get, many are facing even tougher times.
“He’s taking on this huge feat to raise money for incredible projects which help children to be happier, families stronger, women safe, communities prouder and millions of lives fairer.”
Comic Relief has supported 10 million people and there is the opportunity to donate to them on their website.

Jaime is hoping to raise money for charity through his incredible run.
Fans can support him by donating any amount on Comic Relief’s website.
Alternatively, wellwishers can donate £5 by texting the word FIVE to 70011.
£10 and £20 can be donated by texting the words TEN and TWENTY to the same number.
Texts will cost the standard rate, but 100 per cent of your donation will go to Comic Relief.
