James, 31, shared the sweet baby announcement on Instagram last night, posting a touching video with his wife, podcaster Shannon Ford Middleton.

The clip featured the emotional moment Shannon read her positive pregnancy test, followed by a series of FaceTime calls to share the news with friends and family.
The video was set to Can’t Take My Eyes Off You by Frankie Valli, with Shannon writing in her caption: “I’ve wanted to be your mom for so long!!!!”
James replied in the comments: “All my dreams coming true,” followed by a heart emoji.

The Sun had exclusively revealed James, ex-boyfriend of Made in Chelsea‘s Georgia Toffolo, would be heading into the show.
A TV insider said at the time: “James saw his ex do well on I’m A Celeb and remained supportive of her during her time on the show.
“But now he wants a taste of the action and can’t wait to travel out to South Africa to be put through his paces.
“With a name like Middleton he’s sure to do well, some contestants will even think he’s royalty.”
The Sun had exclusively revealed James – ex-boyfriend of Georgia Toffolo – would be heading into the show.
In another Sun exclusive, it was revealed the pair had split before she entered the jungle, with sources saying she “wanted to be single” for the experience.
Although Georgia claimed to be single on the show, her relationship status remained unclear after the couple were seen holding hands just a week before she jetted out.
Speaking to The Sun, those close to the couple explained: “She split from James after discovering that he ‘cheated’ on her with PR girl Annabel Field, who bears a striking resemblance to her.
“James really messed her around when they were together so she went ahead and did Celebs Go Dating as a single woman.
“But it wasn’t long before they got back together again and they’re still in a relationship now even with Georgia being in the jungle.”
However, opening up to fellow campmate Vanessa White around the jungle campfire, Toff confirmed the split, saying she “wanted to use this time to get my confidence back up”.
What was Survival of The Fittest about?
Survival Of The Fittest saw a group of hot young singles sent to the South African Savannah to take part in the ultimate battle of the sexes, involving mental and physical challenges.
But the strength of the ladies and gents was not the only thing being tested.
Throughout the series, the contestants had the opportunity to romance the opposite sex – but only at the expense of their team’s chances in the competition.
As with Love Island, viewers were able to vote off the contestants that don’t tickle their fancy.
They are also responsible for choosing which of the sexes comes out on top.
