A WOMAN in her twenties has hit back at troll’s who have criticised her relationship with a man 27 years her senior.
Abs, 25 has gone viral on social media, for sharing insights into her relationship with Educating Yorkshire teacher, Jonny Mitchell.

The Nottingham-based TikToker has insisted that she was not one of Jonny’s students, however, online trolls have still been quick to criticise the relationship.
From people questioning what the couple have in common, to arguing that you shouldn’t date outside your age range, Abs has faced a barrage of hate for dating Jonny, who has three children from a previous relationship.
“We have numerous things in common and we have such a laugh, ” she hit back at one commenter.
“I think people assume because it’s an age gap you’re two completely different people but it doesn’t work like that.”
However, she has not let the hate get her down, and often posts videos of the couple cosied up together.
In one video, the duo can be seen enjoying a date night at Frankie & Benny’s and the cinema, and in another they cooking a curry together.
Addressing the huge age gap between them, Abs said that she nicknames Jonny old fart, and is glad he will never have to see what she looks like when she’s old.
However, she revealed that she “wouldn’t have it any other way.”
“We’re both extremely happy,” she said.
Abs said that the couple “don’t care what people think” and have supported each other “through thick and thin.”
In one video, which features a slideshow of pictures of the couple beaming at the camera, Abs said: ” They say we shouldn’t date out of our age range.
“But don’t let them ruin out beautiful rhythm.”
The video, posted under the username @abs_mxo, has gone viral, racking up over 689,000 views on the video sharing platform.
TikTok users raced to the video’s comments section to share their thoughts, with some sharing their own successes with age gap relationships.
One person said: “As a fellow girl in a 27 year age gap, it makes me smile seeing you both happy and not bothered about other people’s opinions.”
Another said: “As someone in a relationship with a 29 year age difference it fills my heart with joy seeing how happy you both are.”
However, others weren’t so supportive.
One person said: “Not sure why you’d want to date someone that looks like he’s your dad but ok.”
A second person said: “Think of the long term, he’s going to die a lot sooner.”
