GARDENERS’ World host Monty Don ended up doing The Full Monty after spotting a herd of cows in his backyard while he was having a bath.
They wandered into Long Meadow – his sprawling garden in Herefordshire which features in the BBC Two show.

Monty was caught naked while chasing cows from his garden – after jumping out of the bath[/caption]
Monty said: “Sometimes we have wildlife there that we don’t want.
One time some cattle got in.
“I got in the bath, looked out of the window and there was this big white face looking at me.
“So I got a towel and rushed outside to chase them.
“I put on some wellies and then the towel fell and I was running around Long Meadow stark b*****k naked.
“But we got them out and we keep them out.”
Hopefully not by running naked around the garden 24 hours a day.
Recently, Gardeners World fans have urged host Monty to ‘stay safe’ in his garden, after he shared a worrying update.
Monty began presenting the popular BBC gardening series in 2003 – with a hiatus from 2008 to 2011.
Taking to Instagram, the presenter showed his garden to followers – after it had been hit by snow and floods.
The aftermath of severe UK weather left the garden under deep, dirty water.
He captioned the update: “I think this is the first time in 34 years we have simultaneously had flooding and lying snow.
“In any event the roads to the garden are flooded so no vehicles in or out today.”
