LOVE split star Dan Osborne’s latest business venture has run into difficulties, the Sun can reveal.
The ex-Towie star last June proudly got the keys to a shop vowing to turn it into the “best tanning shop in Essex“.

Dan, 33, told fans the business would open “soon”.
But nine months later the shop has hit a snag.
Dan told a fan on Instagram: “We’re still waiting on the electricity I’m afraid.
“We’ve been waiting for EDF Energy for 4 months to install a meter.”
It comes after his wife Jacqueline Jossa was seen for the first time since their marriage split.
The EastEnders star, 32, looked downcast and without a band on her left ring finger as she left a gym near her home.
She is not thought to have replaced a diamond engagement ring believed to have been stolen in a raid on her holiday villa last year.
Meanwhile, Dan was not wearing his wedding band as he took part in a charity football match.
The ex-Towie star won a golden boot man of the match award after taking part in Sellebrity Soccer at Bognor Regis Town FC.
He is set to return to the pitch this Sunday for another Sellebrity match — this time at Kettering Town FC.
This weekend’s Sun on Sunday exclusively revealed how Jacqueline had called time on their eight-year marriage.
The actress, who plays Lauren Branning in the BBC soap, has stayed in the couple’s Essex home while Dan has moved out and into a property nearby.
They share daughters, Ella, ten, and Mia, six.
Dan is also dad to Teddy, 11, from a previous relationship. Over the weekend Dan and Jacqueline’s mum Selina unfollowed each other on social media despite previously having a close relationship.
