A SMILING Jay-Z and Beyoncé have been spotted at a Hollywood movie premiere after the rap mogul was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.
The New York billionaire, whose real name is Shawn Carter, has been named in a bombshell lawsuit that alleges he took part in the sexual assault alongside former pal Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Carter, 55, has publicly denied all of the allegations against him.
A day after the allegations were revealed Carter was seen in Los Angeles with his family celebrating the premiere of Disney’s “Mufasa: The Lion King”.
He arrived side-by-side with wife Beyoncé as well as mother-in-law Tina Knowles and his daughter Blue Ivy.
Carter was dressed in a maroon suit and sported a black tie as Beyoncé showed up in a fancy black bodysuit with golden spots.
The couple were pictured putting on a united front with Beyoncé beaming as she took to the red carpet.
The Hollywood power couple were at the event to celebrate Blue Ivy, 12, who is starring in the upcoming Disney smash as the voice of Kiara.
Her famous mom took to Instagram following the evening to praise her daughter’s success.
She said: “My gorgeous baby girl. This is your night. You worked hard and you did such a beautiful job as the voice of Kiara.
“Your family could not be prouder. Keep shining.”
Hours before heading off to the premiere Carter addressed the serious rape allegations.
He hit out at the claims in an explosive denial – dubbing the suit “blackmail”.
Carter insisted that the “heinous” allegations were not true and said he was heartbroken for his family.
He also revealed that due to the allegations he is going to sit down with his three children and explain his innocence to them.
In a statement given to The Sun he said: “My only heartbreak is for my family.
“My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people.”
The music producer was named in the lawsuit over the weekend and accused of pinning down a 13-year-old girl and raping her in 2000.
The alleged assault took place after the MTV VMA’s, at an after-party held in someone’s home.

Disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is also accused of watching on as the assault took place.
The claims form part of a federal lawsuit filed against Combs, 55, in New York in October.
It was refiled on Sunday to further implicate Carter.
Embattled rapper Diddy is already being held in jail in New York ahead of a trial next May for racketeering and sex trafficking.
He has faced a slew of rape accusations and assault claims in recent months.
It comes as Tina Knowles liked an Instagram post about the allegations on the same day as the suit was released.
Eagle-eyed fans immediately spotted Knowles liked a post about the news by ABC’s Chicago affiliate WLS-TV on Sunday evening.
The Sun has also revealed how the claims have now thrown doubt onto Beyoncé’s planned Christmas Day comeback and huge 2025 tour.
She is due to perform at NFL’s festive clash between her hometown Houston Texans and the Baltimore Ravens.
A source said: “Bey and Jay are one of the most dominant power couples on the globe so even though the claim has nothing to do with her, her name had already been dragged into online speculation.”
Jay-Z's full statement following rape allegations
“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’… What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.
No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!
These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?
These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.
This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics!
I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. [X], but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over. I’m more than prepared to deal with your type. You claim to be a marine?! Marines are known for their valor, you have neither honor nor dignity.
My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people.
I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure such at their young age.
It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and human spirit.
My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world, who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.
You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all “celebrities” are the same. I’m not from your world.
I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor.
“We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.
I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”
