The 35-year-old already owns Pickle Cottage, the five-bedroom Essex family home she bought in March 2021 for £1.3M.
The sprawling pad is solely in her name, not in joint name with husband Joe Swash.
But canny Stacey has also been picking up properties through her firm Key Map Entertainments as well.
In accounts filed this week, it revealed that in the last financial year of 2023/24, the firm had scooped up £1 million worth of property.
The legal documents refer to “fixed investments”, a term that usually refers to the purchase of either land or buildings.
Taking a look at the firm’s previous yearly accounts, it reveals that in 2022/23, the business had acquired a further £800k in homes.
And in the previous year before that, ranging from 2021-2022, it bought up £1.5M in property investments.
That totals £3.3m worth of fancy pads on her books – plus £1.3M Pickle Cottage – meaning she has splashed out on four properties in four years.
The net worth now of Key Map Entertainment’s ‘fixed investments’ is £3,843,981, according to the latest accounts.
And Pickle Cottage has been completely overhauled in the last four years by Stacey and Joe to fit the whole family.
It has an annexe, an outdoor pool, a den and it all sits within 2.5 acres of land.
Similar properties are going for upwards of £2 million in the area.
This means Stacey’s total investments in bricks and mortar has hit £6million.
It’s a huge achievement for the star, who finished third on The X Factor in 2009.
Before fame, she worked in customer service roles, including at a fish and chip shop called Oh My Cod in Hornchurch, Essex.
