Fears Prince Harry will leak MORE about Royals in new book after veiled threat, expert warns
PRINCE Harry could be plotting a second book after his court appearance, an expert has warned.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, was in London for his legal appeal to keep his 24-hour security, which was removed after Megxit.

In February 2020, Ravec decided that his level of protection should be decided on a case-by-case basis when he visits the UK.
Part of the two-day hearing was in private and the Duke gave an interview to The Telegraph shortly.
He stated that his “worst fears” had been confirmed by what he heard in the secret session.
Harry added: “People would be shocked by what’s being held back.”
Royal Correspondent for GB News Cameron Walker appeared on The Sun’s Royal Exclusive Show to discuss Harry’s comments.
Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson asked: “Can we raise this idea that possibly Harry could be plotting a second book or a podcast?”
Walker replied: “Yeah, well, the reason that some of those details are not read out in court was because it was a national part of national security issues.
“That’s why. But perhaps it was a bit of a veiled threat from Harry.
“I think there will be people asking the question that if he loses this case, is he going to throw his toys out the pram and publish or speak to a publication about some of that private stuff that we heard in court?”
He continued: “And as you say, Matt, he says it would shock people. So that would be one in one sense.
“Is that going to be enough material for a book?
“He also said in the promotional interviews following the publication of Spare, his bombshell autobiography, that he had enough material for a second memoir.
“So is this going to come to fruition? I think palace sources, you know, the palace are going to be slightly concerned about that one.
“I think they are probably hoping just going back to whether he’s going to write a book or not, that Harry and Meghan’s Californian dream is going to work out.

From shaving your face to wiping mascara smudges with your fingers – the 9 harmful beauty habits you should ALWAYS avoid
THOUGHT you’d nailed your beauty regime?
Even if you’re using all the right products, you might still be damaging your health.

Engaging in certain habits can put you at risk – and some are pretty gross too.
From letting hair build up in your brush to using your own spit has a way to wipe make-up smudges, Amish Patel, aesthetics practitioner and skincare expert at Intrigue Cosmetic Clinic, says you need to stop these nine things right away.
1. Scraping teeth free of plaque with nails
Teeth feeling furry? Or you’re away and you’ve forgotten your toothbrush?
You might start scraping your teeth with your fingernails to remove any initial plaque build-up.
But, you should know that your hands carry on average 3,200 different germs, according to Pfizer.
Amish says: “Scraping your teeth to remove plaque with high street tools or even your fingernails is a big no.
“You risk damaging the enamel on your teeth and your gums, which could lead to infection and contribute to a receding gum line.”
He adds: “It’s doubtful you will be sterilising your hands, which means you could also add harmful bacteria into your mouth and bloodstream, which could have significant health risks.”
2. Not washing your make-up brushes
When was the last time you gave your bronzer or foundation brush a good wash?
Research by Beauty Hygiene Plus found that more than 70 per cent of people have never cleaned their make-up brushes.
“Over time, grease, dirt and bacteria all build up on the bristle hair, so you are literally applying this onto your skin and contaminating your make-up,” says Amish.
He adds that dirty brushes can lead to an outbreak of spots, allergies and even eye infections.
You should aim to clean your brushes with a gentle cleanser once a week, then leave them to dry naturally on a clean towel.
You could even try a specialist make-up brush spray, such as Beauty Hygiene Plus Quick Dry Brush Cleaning Spray, which is available for £2.50 in Boots.
3. Applying your make-up on public transport
Many of us are guilty of slapping on a bit of concealer or eyeliner on the bus or train.
But we really shouldn’t be doing this, according to Amish.
“Try to do this at home before leaving for your commute instead,” he adds.
“This way, you apply make-up in a clean environment with clean hands and not with a large dose of urban city dirt and grime included.”

4. Letting hair build up on your brush
If your brush bristles are home to thick lumps of hair, then you might want to devote five minutes to giving it a clean.
Amish says that allowing hair to build up on your hairbrush can turn it into a dirty haven for bacteria and dirt.
“Brushing your hair with a dirty hairbrush means reapplying all the dead skin cells, dust, fibres, oil and old styling products back onto your clean hair and scalp along with bacteria,” he adds.
Aim to remove the hair build-up every time you brush your hair and wash your hairbrush regularly to help maintain a healthy scalp and glossy locks.
To clean your brush, soak it in warm water with a squeeze of your usual shampoo and scrub it clean with a toothbrush.
Rinse it, then allow it to dry.
5. Pulling off mascara with your fingers
Whether it’s just a bad habit or a way of removing your mascara at the end of the day, there’s no good that comes from pulling your mascara off with your fingers.
“Apart from not removing your mascara completely, this practice will also damage and weaken your eyelashes,” says Amish.
“If you are doing this, you will unlikely have thought about washing your hands either, so you are massaging dirt and bacteria into your eyelashes and the remnants of your mascara.”
Exfoliation is a great way to remove dead skin cells, however, using a more aggressive exfoliating agent or being too rough in your application can result in less desirable skin issues
Amish Patel
Plus, tugging at your eyelashes will not do the delicate skin around your eyes any favours.
It could even lead to premature ageing if you do this regularly.
Amish advises: “Instead, use a gentle waterproof make-up remover, hold against your eyelashes and gently wipe your mascara away.”

6. Using spit to wipe off make-up smudges
It’s likely you’ve licked your finger and wiped under your eyes to remove any make-up smudges.
But, even as you read this, you can probably agree that it’s a pretty disgusting habit.
Amish says you’re essentially transferring bacteria from your mouth to your face.
If you’re removing make-up from around your eyes, this could even lead to an eye infection.
After your gut microbiome, your mouth’s microbiome is actually the largest and most diverse.
In fact, research published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology found it contains over 700 species of bacteria!
“Dip a clean cotton bud in a little Vaseline and gently remove smudges that way,” recommends Amish.
The most disgusting celebrity habits

THERE must be something in the water… but perhaps some of these celebrities wouldn’t know, given how little they seem to come into contact with it.
Singer Lizzo once admitted she refuses to wear deodorant – and smells “better” as a result.
And she’s not alone. Speaking in 2005, when asked what a man should smell like, Dallas Buyers Club actor Matthew McConaughey replied: “A man. I haven’t worn deodorant in 20 years.”
Cameron Diaz, Julia Roberts, and Bradley Cooper are all known for not putting on deodorant too.
Jennifer Lawrence once revealed she has “peed in some sinks”, adding: “When two girls go into a bathroom, someone’s gotta take the sink.”
And Jessica Simpson said she doesn’t brush her pearly whites every day because she “doesn’t like her teeth to feel too slippery”.
Meanwhile, Twilight star Robert Pattinson once admitted he hadn’t washed his hair in six weeks.
When asked in an interview with Extra if it was true, the actor said: “I don’t really see the point in washing your hair.”
Jake Gyllenhaal once told Vanity Fair: “More and more, I find bathing to be less necessary at times” – and it would seem Hollywood couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis agree.
Discussing personal hygiene on the Armchair Expert podcast, Ashton said: “I wash my armpits and my crotch daily, and nothing else ever.”
Mila added: “I don’t wash my body with soap everyday. I wash pits and t**s and slits and holes and soles.”
7. Shaving your face with a razor
Keep the razor away from your face; that’s what Amish advises.
And if you’re using the same razor on your face as you do on other areas of your body, then that’s an even greater reason to stop!
“However clean your body might be when shaving, you probably use a soap or shaving cream that won’t be formulated for your facial skin,” he says.
“If you suffer from conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or acne, shaving could exacerbate irritation and discomfort.
“It may also lead to cuts, ingrown hairs or infection.
“Depending on your metabolism, stubble regrowth can reappear in hours (if you shave).”
Amish recommends other hair removal methods such as facial epilation, waxing, threading, creams and lasers.

8. Over-exfoliating your face
Regular and gentle exfoliation – once or twice a week – is great.
It gets rid of dead skin cells, resulting in a smoother, even skin tone.
But you can over-exfoliate, according to Amish.
“This can create bigger issues, leading to dry, flaky, sore, peeling, red and sensitive skin,” he says.
“Exfoliation is a great way to remove dead skin cells, however, using a more aggressive exfoliating agent or being too rough in your application can result in less desirable skin issues.
“If you notice your skin feeling overly dry after exfoliation or feeling sore, your method or choice of skin care product is incorrect.”
He adds: “What suits one individual doesn’t suit everyone, so always begin slowly with any changes in your skincare routine to monitor what works best for your skin type.”
9. Sleeping with your make-up on
Notoriously one of the biggest beauty sins you can make, for the sake of your skin – it’s essential to take off all make-up before bed.
Amish says: “Regularly sleeping with a full face of make-up can have a negative cumulative effect on the skin.
“Your skin is trying to repair and renew overnight while you sleep, but that layer of make-up and the day’s dirt, grime and pollutants sits on the surface of your skin and interrupts your natural skin cell renewal process.”
He adds that over time, this can even lead to premature ageing of the skin.
Use a gentle cleanser to remove make-up, and if possible, layer a toner, serum and moisturiser to support your skin as it renews itself overnight.
Lewis Hamilton and Leonardo DiCaprio’s vegan burger chain shuts down after racking up huge losses
THE restaurant chain set up by Sir Lewis Hamilton and Leonardo DiCaprio has been forced to close all its outlets in the UK after six troubled years in business.
Vegan food outlet Neat Burger, set up by the celebrities in 2019, has confirmed its British stores are now shutting, with the potential loss of around 150 jobs.

Racing car legend Sir Lewis, 40, turned vegan in 2017 and argues that meat is not only cruel to animals but also contributes to global warming.
He set up a string of Neat Burger eateries in London as well as a branch in Milan and New York. The latter closed last summer.
But despite its food receiving praise after its launch, in 2023 the company posted substantial losses and confirmed half of its eight outlets in the capital would close.
At the time, a company spokesman said: “We are concentrating our efforts on our best performing restaurants — we believe that sometimes taking a step back is necessary to make a bigger leap forward.”
But by this year only two restaurants were still operating in the UK, both of which the firm has confirmed will now close.
A spokesperson for the business said: “We have no further comment at this time, other than to confirm that the business has taken the difficult decision to close its UK restaurants. “
Only last year Neat Burger’s branch in Camden, North London received a two out of five food hygiene rating after officials inspected the premises.
However, this was quickly remedied by bosses and it was reassessed and received top marks.
However, a much bigger problem has been customer numbers and the businesses huge losses which by 2022 were already a staggering £7.9m – up from £3.2m the year before.
Neat Burger launched in 2019 with a mission “to create sustainable delicious dishes”.
Sir Lewis said at the time: “I believe we need a healthier high street option that tastes amazing and offers something exciting to those who want to be meat-free every now and again.”

‘Something is missing’ – Former Chelsea star Demba Ba reveals what Cole Palmer needs to end slump
FORMER Chelsea striker Demba Ba has joined the ongoing debate surrounding the form of star Cole Palmer, insisting the forward is flying solo.
The 22-year-old had a record-breaking first season at Stamford Bridge, scoring 22 goals and providing 11 assists.

However, this season he has only managed 14 goals and has not scored in his last 16 appearances.
Ba, who scored one of the most iconic Chelsea goals against Liverpool, has outlined how Palmer could weather his current slump, using the example of the greatest rivalry in world football.
Ba exclusively told The Sun: “Competition is good for everyone.
“It worked for me, and I think [Lionel] Messi wouldn’t have been the player he is today without the competition from Cristiano [Ronaldo], and vice versa. So, I will never shy away from saying competition is healthy.”
“Someone like Cole Palmer doesn’t have much experience in football, or even in life. Football is life, and there will be tough days.
“But if you have an experienced figure to lean on, you can get through the storm.
“Palmer is in a rough patch, and although he is managing with his personality and continuing to perform, something is missing.
“He could benefit immensely from having someone who has been in that situation before to guide him.”
Ba – who scored seven goals in 33 goals for the Blues – also defended underperforming striker Christopher Nkunku, who was left out of Chelsea’s win against Fulham over the weekend for technical reasons.
The French forward has struggled with form, and injuries have prevented him from finding consistency.
Despite making a big impact at RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga, he has spent much of his time on the sidelines, with just seven league starts and three goals to his name so far this campaign.
Chelsea are desperately chasing a spot in the Champions League, Ba understands that Nkunku is trying to establish himself but believes the forward could benefit from showing more personality.
Ba added: ” I wouldn’t say Chelsea is lacking strikers. If you look at a player like Nkunku, he’s trying to make a name for himself in the Premier League.
“However, the issue is experience and personality. They need someone who has the personality to handle the pressure, someone who can endure pain but also command the respect of the younger players in the team.”

Shoppers rush to popular supermarket to grab discounted Mars and Cadbury Easter eggs scanning for 89p
SHOPPERS are rushing to a popular supermarket to snap up discounted Cadbury and Nestle Easter eggs scanning for 89p.
Eagle-eyed shoppers could not believe their luck after they spotted a 96.5g Maltesers Easter Egg selling for under a quid at Aldi.

The hollow egg, which comes with a packet of chocolate coated honeycomb sweets, originally costs £1.35.
The deal was shared on HotUkDeals, with many bargain hunters praising the find.
“Bring on the deals,” said one savvy shopper, with another adding “wow! That is cheap.”
And that is not the only egg on offer, other reports on Facebook have also shown that Aldi has reduced the cost of medium sized Cadbury Wispa eggs to 89.
Cadbury’s Marble Easter Egg, which weighs 372g, is also now scanning for £4.99 down from £10.95 at the German discounter.
It’s not guaranteed that every Aldi will have the offer, so it may be worth ringing your local branch ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
You can find your nearest store by visiting stores.aldi.co.uk.
It’s also worth noting that Aldi will operate on reduced hours this Easter Monday.
Stores will be open from 8am to 8pm.
Many retailers are now slashing prices of the festive Easter treat to help shift stock.
Asda has also slashed the price of it’s KitKat Chunky Milk & White Chocolate Giant Easter Egg 230g from £4.96 to £2.49.
Ocado has also reduced the price of it’s 400g Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruit & Nut Inclusions Ultimate Egg from £15 to £7.50.

How to save money at Aldi
Unlike other major grocers, Aldi does not have a rewards or point card system but that does not mean you cannot save on your shop.
Every week the store releases a list of special buys , which are unique bargain products you find online at Aldi and in store.
The store releases a fresh range of deals every Thursday and Sunday, so be sure to check regularly to see what’s new.
Meanwhile, the store also regularly sells fruit and vegetables at highly discounted prices as part of its ‘super six’ deal.
It also does weekly saving offers on typically pricey items such as meat and fish.
How to save money on chocolate

We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don't have to break the bank buying your favourite bar.
Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how to cut costs…
Go own brand – if you’re not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you’ll save by going for the supermarket’s own brand bars.
Shop around – if you’ve spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it’s cheaper elsewhere.
Websites like Trolley.co.uk let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you’re getting the best deal.
Look out for yellow stickers – supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they’ve been reduced.
They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.
Buy bigger bars – most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.
So if you’ve got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.
