She captioned the reveal on social media: “Happy International Women’s Day!

“Also thanking those who uplift us every day.”

Other pictures shared on her Instagram page included a smiling selfie with her mum Doria Ragland.

It comes as it was revealed Netflix is making a second series of With Love Meghan.

The duchess posted on Instagram saying she’s “thrilled” with the decision.

Wearing a Netflix cap she was seen grinning in a short clip on her stories, with the caption: “Lettuce romaine calm… or not(!) because I’m thrilled to share that Season 2 of ‘With Love, Meghan’ is coming!”

A TV insider said: “This may raise a few eyebrows but one thing which Netflix love is controversy – and this show certainly created alot of debate.

“Many were so scathing about the eight-part series that they thought there was no way it would get another season.

“But it seems the streamer is delighted with the chatter its created on both sides of the Atlantic this week.”

It’s not clear whether work has already started on the second series, but Netflix want it to drop later this year.

LUCY Mecklenburgh and Ryan Thomas’ family trip to Disneyland Paris was thrown into chaos when their son Roman fell ill on his fifth birthday.

But Lucy later told fans that their little boy was feeling poorly as she posted a snap of her and Lilah giving him a cuddle.

She wrote: “Roman’s not feeling 100%.

“Calpol, cuddles and taking it all in a pram. He never complains, he is such a trooper.

“His 5th birthday and at Disney, you couldn’t write it.”

Luckily the trip wasn’t completely ruined and Lucy shared snaps showing the family having fun at the iconic theme park.

Lucy and Ryan – who have been engaged since 2019 – proved that you’re never too old for Disneyland as they posed together while tucking into some Mickey Mouse shaped ice creams.

And Roman was seen beaming when he managed to grab Pluto for a snap.

No doubt Ryan is making the most of his free time as it was recently revealed he’s heading back to Coronation Street – nine years after his last appearance as Jason Grimshaw.

The Sun told how he has agreed to a limited return to give on-screen mum Sue Cleaver a fitting send off as Eileen.

He will begin filming later this month for a brief stint to coincide with Sue’s send-off.

A source said: “It was a no brainer for Ryan to return when he was asked – it’s all for Sue.

“She’s like a second mum to him and he was willing to do anything to make her send off as special as she deserves it to be.

“He’s not acted for a while so it’s a bit daunting but he played Jason for so long that he’s looking forward to going back to the cobbles.”

Top gardening trends of 2025

Gardening experts at Barnsdale Gardens has shared the top gardening trends of 2025.

Matrix planting

It seems that a top planting trend for this year is going to be Matrix Planting.

In essence, planting in groups or blocks to give an effect of being wild whilst actually being carefully managed.

Selection of the plants is essential, to give year-round interest either with flowers, seed heads or frosted/snowy spent flower heads. Some recommend using plants that seed around, but this could make managing your matrix planting harder to keep under control.

Chrysanthemum comeback

I hope that the humble Chrysanthemum makes as much of a comeback this year as Dahlias have over recent years, because the simple single flowered types, such as ‘Innocence’ and ‘Cottage Apricot’ would be spectacular within a matrix scheme.

The hardy varieties are so easy to grow in a sunny spot and give such a valuable burst of late summer and autumn colour that would lift any dull- looking border.

Blended borders

For some time now we have been promoting the growing of veg within ornamental borders and I think this could really take off this year.

The choice of ornamental-looking varieties available in seed catalogues is phenomenal and, if managed correctly, visitors to your garden will not even realise that you have veg growing!

Must-have tool

My secret is out. I discovered the Hori Hori a couple of years ago and now it seems so is everyone else.

It is such a well-made, adaptable tool that can be used as a trowel or weeding tool in the garden that and everyone I speak to who have used it absolutely would not now be without it. Enough said!

Find the best deal

Whatever you’re buying, it’s always a good idea to shop around to find the best deal.

You can compare prices on websites like Google shopping, which is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web.

Idealo is another website that lets you compare prices between retailers.

All shoppers need to do is search for the item they need and the website will rank them from the cheapest to the most expensive one.

Sidemen 9 YouTube All Stars 9: iShowSpeed scores crucial penalty as AngryGinge spared of last-gasp howler

YOUTUBE ALLSTARS beat Sidemen FC on penalties in a frantic 18-goal charity match at Wembley Stadium.

The Allstars lifted the trophy for the first time since 2017 in front of a sell out 90,000 crowd and over two million people watching online.

The Sidemen had Logan Paul and Joe Weller joining them – with YouTube Allstars fronted by some of the most popular internet faces in the world in iShowSpeed and Mr Beast.

There was sure to be laughs with Spencer Owen and Stephen Tries providing one liners on commentary – and it took just 20 seconds for the chaos to start as the always injured Theo Baker was jokingly subbed off.

The goals then began to flow as ex-Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg somehow missed a blatant handball from AngryGinge on the line as he channelled his inner Luis Suarez from the 2010 World Cup.

Wembley’s big screen was used as makeshift VAR and the spot-kick was then converted by Sidemen FC’s Weller.

But the Allstars hit back despite Mr Beast having a penalty saved by xQc as Chris MD fired in a stunning distance free-kick to equalise.

YouTube’s equivalent to Messi then turned provider as Theo Baker scored from a corner.

Clattenburg missed another obvious handball in the box, this time from KSI, but the Allstars still made it 3-1 with Speed setting up Lachlan Power.

Miniminter pulled one back to make it 3-2 thanks to sketchy goalkeeping from Sketch, who later lost his glasses and conceded while unsighted.

Baker and Weller both scored again at 4-3 before a bizarre goal made it 4-4 at half-time.

Sidemen star Josh has never scored in these charity matches and the whole team was desperate to see him bulge the back of the net.

As they tried to square it to him, Danny Aarons intercepted yet accidentally smashed the ball off his own post and Tobi could eventually roll it home.

The second-half was just as manic as the first with TEN more goals.

Logan Paul‘s physical presence was eventually too much for Sidemen FC as the YouTuber-turned WWE favourite bullied defenders in the air and headed in.

Internet comedian Max Fosh then gave away a penalty and was booked by Clattenburg – only to hilariously whip out a mini shredder from his sock and destroy the yellow card.

https://twitter.com/Sidemen/status/1898411461082251516

Josh stepped up and finally scored for Sidemen FC – cue mass celebrations with both managers on the pitch, 6-4.

But there was to be a comeback… launched by an AngryGinge goal.

Speed, who was living up to his name by kicking and running like Adama Traore, then did his icon Cristiano Ronaldo proud, scoring a penalty and doing his “Siuuu” celebration.

An hour in and it was 6-6 – Premier League take notes.

Big man Chunkz then made it 7-6 to the Allstars with a fortunate finish after Speed sprinted clear and missed a huge chance.

He might not be a prolific finisher but his athleticism was causing havoc, setting up Kai Cenat to tap home, 8-6 Allstars.

Sidemen FC vs. YouTube Allstars match score: 9-9 (4-5 on penalties). Goal scorers listed.
A crazy game finished 9-9 and the Allstars won it on penalties

However, it was far from gave over as brothers Tobi and Manny combined to pull a goal back for Sidemen FC and Ethan kept ‘faith’ in his finishing to make it 8-8.

It set up a stunning finale and the pressure got to AngryGinge as he sliced a clearance into the path of George Clarkey to tap in, 9-8.

There was just seconds remaining and Theo Baker spared Ginge’s embarrassment to send it to penalties, full-time 9-9.

Just one spot-kick was saved in the shootout, Sidemen FC’s Miniminter had his effort brilliantly blocked by Sketch and Speed then sealed the win from the spot for the Allstars.

She posted the fact that she was drinking a large glass of wine[/caption]

Emily, 35, treated some of her family to a slap up lunch at The famous Devonshire pub and restaurant in, London‘s Piccadilly.

For the first course, it seems she may have chosen the potted shrimp for her starter.

She posted a snap of the dish on her story along with the caption: “Sexy prawn on a motorbike?”

According to the menu on the restaurant’s website, the dish would have set her back at least £14 alone.

Although the set menu suggests that a similar dish, the prawn and langoustine cocktail, is available on the set menu.

Two courses would have set her back £25, but if she chose three courses it would cost £29.

A second story shows a large glass of wine on the table which was placed alongside a tube of her baby pink Lancome Juicy Tubes lip gloss.

She captioned that snap: “Juicy tubes forever and ever.”

For her final snap, she posted a picture of her cousin Molly Robbins, 33, in a strapless floral gown as she celebrated her birthday.

The caption read: “You da birthday girrrrrl.”

This comes after the former Inbetweeners actress opened up about motherhood as she made her return to TV.

She appeared on-screen for her first daytime interview on ITV‘s Loose Women since giving birth.

She told the panel: “I’m not going to be a perfect parent, there’s no such thing as a perfect parent.

“But this is my chance, there is so many more reasons that I’m going to keep campaigning, I want my son to grow up in a world where women are treated better.

Everything you need to know about Emily Atack

“But thinking about it now, when he’s going to get his first girlfriend or boyfriend ‘no he’s mine’.

“It’s my chance to educate in the best way I can, I won’t get it perfect all the time.

She added: “I think I’ll be a good mum, I’m a good mum … I love him so much.

“The other day I looked at him and my partner in bed and I was going off to promote Rivals and I was like ‘life doesn’t get better than this’.”

Virgin customers receive free TV upgrade in DAYS with extra channels and more on their box

A MAJOR free streaming service is receiving a major overhaul next week – and with it some new channels are expected.

Virgin Media customers will be among the many platforms to receive the newly updated app which is set to feature more binge-worthy TV and more.

Viewers will be able to sample content from Paramount+ for free too[/caption]

The changes will come to Sky devices as well, starting from Wednesday.

Channel 5 is revamping its streaming app My5.

And as part of that, it’ll take on a new name and logo – which is simply 5.

The TV channel is also planning to be called 5 going forward too, as part of a unification of the two services.

5 owner Paramount is plotting a boost to the amount of shows you can watch with a “significantly expanded content offer”.

This will mean more programmes from its premium sister brands including MTV, CBS, Comedy Central, as well as Nickelodeon for kids.

It’s due to span from reality and drama, to factual, films and true crime.

Viewers will have the chance to sample some of the biggest hits from Paramount+ too for free.

Plus, there will be a load of new streamed TV channels to watch.

Android users have apparently already started seeing the updated app early on their phones.

The platform has gone through several names in the past, starting out as Five Download in the early days of digital catch-up, before becoming Demand 5.

5 says its streaming service grew at its fastest ever rate in 2024, with shock documentary My Wife, My Abuser its number one most watched single title.

Original dramas including All Creatures Great and Small, Blindspot, The Teacher and Ellis have also helped it increase in popularity.

For Virgin Media customers the move comes just days after two other streamed channels were added to their boxes at no extra cost.

Wonder is the first, where viewers can find programmes on groundbreaking engineering, innovative technology, and scientific exploration.

And the second is Red Bull TV, which shows motorsport, biking, snowboarding, and more.

They can be found at channel numbers 238 and 556 respectively via Virgin TV 360, Stream and V6 boxes.

What to expect from the new 5 streaming service

Analysis by Jamie Harris, Assistant Technology and Science Editor at The Sun

Channel 5 is owned by US media giant Paramount, which also owns free streaming service Pluto TV.

And I believe Pluto TV offers some hints of what we can expect from the new 5 app.

Given Paramount’s extensive family of brands, there’s a lot of good quality archive content to use.

My5 already does this with some shows like Geordie Shore but not others like Catfish, 16 and Pregnant, South Park and many more.

So I’m sure we can expect more of this.

And let’s not forget Paramount’s extensive back catalogue of movies, some of which may well make an appearance – though the lion’s share will no doubt remain paid on Paramount+.

Meghan Markle admits ‘mistakes’ after Netflix cooking show savaged by critics & branding experts point out ‘MAJOR flaw’

MEGHAN Markle has admitted “mistakes” after her Netflix cooking show was savaged by critics and branding experts pointed out a “major flaw”.

The Duchess of Sussex celebrated a “new chapter” as her lifestyle series finally hit the streaming platform telling friends and family it was “just part of that creativity that I’ve missed so much”.

With Love, Meghan launched on Tuesday after being delayed from January because of the Los Angeles wildfires.

Just hours later, Meghan officially launched her As Ever brand, with her updated website revealing her first products were her raspberry jam, and the flower sprinkles she repeatedly promotes throughout the show.

But the brand has continued to be dogged by controversy after the mayor of a small Majorcan town accused her of “plagiarism” over similarities between her logo and their 14th century coat of arms.

And the eight-part series, which sees the former Suits actress give hosting tips and cooking with her celebrity friends, has been savaged by critics.

One review in The Guardian described it as a “gormless lifestyle filler” and “so pointless it might be the Sussexes’ last TV show”.

While The Telegraph gave it two stars and branded it “insane” and an “exercise in narcissism”.

The former head of ITV Daytime Dianne Nelmes, who launched This Morning, also said the show has a “major flaw”.

She told MailOnline: “With Love has a major flaw. The concept is outdated.

“Today young women look to TikTok, YouTube and social media for their lifestyle gurus and celebrity tips.

“Meghan is so far removed from the reality of the women viewers who her show is targeting that I wonder what creative thinking went into the early development.”

Now Meghan, 43, has admitted she makes “mistakes” but insisted that she is “learning every day”.

In an interview with bookshop Godmothers, which was named by Meghan’s pal Oprah Winfrey, she was asked when she last “felt like a beginner at something”.

She said “Right now! I’m launching my business, As Ever, which has been my heartsong for years. Every day I’m learning so much as a founder.

“I’m taking baby steps and big strides at the same time, making mistakes and learning from them, and really working to find all the joy while diving into the creative process and the business.

BY Matt Wilkinson - Royal Editor

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, launching her Netflix rebrand with an eight-part cookery coming five years after Megxit.

Speaking in a promotional interview to mark With Love, Meghan hitting telly screens she returned to gushing about her Royal Family connections.

The late Queen Elizabeth II honoured Harry and Meghan the titles of Duke and Duchess of Sussex for their 2018 wedding.

There have been calls for the couple to be stripped of the titles after blasting the Royals on their Oprah Winfrey tell-all, six-part Netflix series Harry & Meghan and shock memoir Spare.

The California-based pair have also attracted criticism for only visiting Sussex once when they held several engagements seven years ago.

But speaking to People magazine in the US Meghan now claims the title is important to her.

She said: “It’s our shared name as a family, and I guess I hadn’t recognized how meaningful that would be to me until we had children.

“I love that that is something that Archie, Lili, H and I all have together. It means a lot to me.”

The Sussex name, she adds, “is part of our love story”.

Meghan and Harry are also the Earl and Countess of Dumbarton but rarely use the title and are not expected to pass it onto Archie.

They are banned as part of the Megxit agreement from using their SussexRoyal brand although the website remains.

And last year set up The Office of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex with Meghan’s coat of arms.

Earlier this week Meg featured Lilibet in an Instagram reel with Serena Williams to promote her new projects.

It comes after the three-year-old appeared in a photo for As Ever food brand which sparked controversy after its logo was similar to a Majorcan town’s coat of arms and name the same as New York clothing brand.

The couple usually keep their children out of the spotlight.

But in her interview carried out after she left Harry in Canada to spend Valentine’s Day alone during the Invictus Games she talks about her children.

She claims five-year-old Archie told her “mama, don’t work so hard’.

Meg told the outlet: “It was the sweetest thing.”

Following a series of rebrands in the US, including a failed podcast with Spotify and projects such as 40 x 40 which failed to get off the ground, Meg is now aiming to become an entrepreneur.

But she had to drop the name American Riviera Orchard for her lifestyle after opposition from trademark authority.

Last month she posted in Instagram saying her brand wished to be called As Ever.

She told People magazine: “When your children get to a certain age – when you’re not just playing in the sandbox with them but almost playing in your own sandbox again – it’s super joyful.

“As a woman, a mom and a wife, to be able to find yourself again – in a way that was always present but that you maybe couldn’t put as much attention on as you now can when your kids are a little bit older – is a wonderful feeling.”

Harry, whose Netflix effort Polo bombed, appears sporadically in the cookery show With Love, Meghan.

The show was due to be aired in January but delayed because of the LA fires.

“Being in the granular parts of the business gives me the same feeling I have when I’m gardening: bare hands in the soil, planting a seed with so much care, and nurturing it as it grows.

“There’s something energizing about being in my 40s and turning my passion project into a business—and sharing that with the world.”
