Inter Miami – the Major League Soccer franchise owned by Beckham – players, including talisman Lionel Messi, were among the special guests present at the party.

Messi was accompanied to the event by his glamorous wife Antonela, who wore a stunning backless emerald green dress for the occasion.

Antonela, 37, shared pictures of her dress to Instagram.

She was seen sharing the photo lens alongside hubby Messi, who was looking dapper himself.

Messi’s childhood sweetheart captioned her post with a green heart emoji.

Beckham’s model wife, Victoria, was among those to gush over the look.

Victoria said in the comments: “Love this dress on you x kisses x.”

Brazilian singer and songwriter, Giulia, said: “Hermosa,” followed by a heart emoji.

Luis Suarez‘s wife, Sofia Balbi, wrote: “Tremendo,” alongside two fire emojis.

One fan said: “Obsessed.”

Another added: “The Greatest Couple.”

Antonela started a relationship with Messi in 2009 and married in 2017. They have three sons together.

On the party, Beckham wrote on Instagram: “So I thought I’d start celebrating slightly early, such a special night in Miami.

“So lucky to have amazing friends and family to start the 50th celebrations with. Love you.”

All of the Beckhams were in attendance aside from eldest son Brooklyn, who was said to be tied up in work commitments in Los Angeles.

Messi was joined at the party by Inter-Miami team-mates Suarez, Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets.

Other big names in attendance included basketball great Shaquille O’Neal, NFL legend Tom Brady, filmmaker Justin Theroux and actress Cindy Crawford.

What do David Beckham’s tattoos mean?

Hands

Starting with the hands, and David Beckham has the word “Love” inked across the top of his left hand, with a swallow on either side.

This is joined by the numbers 723, a combination of the shirts he famously wore for Manchester United and later Real Madrid.

On his little finger, he has the year he was married.

Becks also has a small female-stick figure designed by his daughter Harper.

The devoted husband has “Posh” tattooed on a finger as a nod to wife Victoria Beckham‘s Spice Girls nickname.

Arms

Becks has two sleeve tattoos on both his arms with the centrepieces paying tribute to his marriage to Victoria.

The most famous of his body art comes in the shape of her name along the inside of his forearm, which is inked in Sanskrit.

Both Posh and Becks have Hebrew tattoos, which they got to celebrate their sixth wedding anniversary.

The matching tatts translate to, “I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine”.

Meanwhile, Becks also has a separate rose inking on his left arm to mark the couple’s tenth anniversary.

Neck

One of Beckham’s most famous tattoos is on his neck, which is a gothic style cross and wings.

It is symbolic of to his religion and acts as a protective guardian of his son Romeo, whose name is tattooed just below the angel wings.

Beckham also has the name of his daughter, Harper, on the side of his neck.

This was later updated to include the words “Pretty Lady”, to mark her fourth birthday.

Back

Beckham’s back tattoos serve as tribute to his sons.

He has angel wings at the top as a sign of protection for them.

Becks has both his eldest on Brooklyn, and his youngest son Cruz‘s names inked across his back.

Body

Beckham has a large chest tattoo that is an image of himself as Jesus, with three cherubs representing his sons, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz.

The footy ace also has a vertical tattoo down his left side in Chinese symbols – this translates as “Death and life have determined appointments”.

Paying homage to his father, he has an inking of a ship at full mast – which is identical to the same one his dad has.

Hooligans at two Premier League clubs will be banned from flying abroad for FIVE weeks this summer

MAN City and Chelsea hooligans will have to surrender their passports for five weeks this summer to stop them terrorising the FIFA Club World Cup.

Around 150 fans of both English teams will be banned from travelling abroad while the blockbuster tournament takes place in America.

Manchester City fans with Football Banning Orders will be banned from flying abroad this summer

Letters demanding they hand their travel docs to the police will be sent out in the next few days.

Failure to comply could result in an unlimited fine or six months in jail for the most severe circumstances for those who attempt to travel.

It means the yobs – who all have Football Banning Orders – could have summer holiday plans wrecked.

Football Banning Orders are imposed on fans by the courts following an application by police for thuggish behaviour at matches.

During the 2023/24 season, officers made 2,584 football-related arrests and 825 new banning orders were issued.

Legislation introduced today will force those affected to comply. The last time it was used was Euro 2024, which saw 99 per cent surrender their passports.

Both Man City and Chelsea have qualified for the 32-team competition following strong performances in the Champions League in recent years.

Policing Minister Dame Diane Johnson said: “Many Manchester City and Chelsea fans will want to travel to support their teams in this summer’s tournament and we want them all to do so safely and enjoyably.

“But for the tiny minority of troublemakers who use football as an excuse for criminality, we will be applying the same proven preventative measures that we have successfully done for other overseas tournaments.”

I live full-time in a lorry & have all the comforts of a home, from king size bed & 43-inch TV – it’s cheaper than rent

[/boxout]

If you are looking to have your own lorry home, the cheapest way is to buy a base truck for between £5,000 to £30,000, and then convert it yourself.

However, this can cost between £10,000 and £50,000, depending on what you can do yourself.

Alternatively, you can buy a converted lorry for upwards of £50,000 to  £100,000, which can be more expensive.

Your lorry must be “road legal” and be converted to meet DVLA “motor caravan” standards, including having seats, a sleeping area, a kitchen, and storage to qualify.

Keir ‘ready for the worst’ as Trump unveils raft of brutal tariffs TODAY – spelling disaster for UK economy

SIR Keir Starmer was last night braced for the UK to take an instant hit in Donald Trump’s global trade war.

No10 was preparing for the worst, with 20 per cent tariffs
expected to be slapped on all imported goods after efforts to charm the President failed.

The White House said the charges would come into effect immediately once they were announced today.

Britain will then engage in more frantic diplomacy to get some or all
of the tariffs lifted, amid fears they will batter economic growth and
wipe out the Government’s £10billion financial cushion.

Trump was last night fine-tuning his announcement for what his Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said would be one of the “most important days in modern American history”.

She said: “We are focused on restoring the golden age of America,
and making America a manufacturing superpower.”

Foreign Secretary David Lammy told MPs Britain was “preparing for
the worst”.

He said all options remained on the table but No10 was not expected to retaliate immediately by imposing tariffs on the US.

What to expect on Trump's 'liberation day'

THE US president is expected to unveil sweeping tariffs at an event at the White House around 9pm UK time, in a move he has dubbed “liberation day”.

It is unclear what Mr Trump will announce on Wednesday, but his administration views the application of VAT rate as discriminating against US goods and could respond with a 20 per cent tariff on imports from the UK.

Mr Trump has already announced a 25 per cent import tax will be introduced on all cars imported to the US, a measure which will be a blow to the UK’s automotive industry.

Some 16.9 per cent of UK car exports were to the US last year, representing a total of more than 101,000 units worth £7.6billion.

Tariffs on steel and aluminium imports, including from British firms, are already in place.

PM Sir Keir said he would not resort to knee-jerk tactics but make a “calm and collected response”.

Deputy PM Angela Rayner said it would be ridiculous to cancel Trump’s unprecedented second state visit in response to the tariffs.

She said: “I don’t think that’s where we’re at at all. It’s not about who visits the King or not. It’s about putting the British interest first.”

Tory leader Kemi Badenoch said a trade deal was the best way to avoid tariffs and urged “significant diplomacy”.

She said: “Some people will want us to have trade retaliation. That just makes everyone poorer.”

Experts say that Chancellor Rachel Reeves‘ headroom revealed at last
week’s Spring Statement could be obliterated if tariffs were kept in place for the rest of the decade.

Analysis from the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) suggested tariffs on car imports would put 25,000 UK jobs at risk and “completely destabilise the UK car manufacturing industry”.

Trump is expected to put 20 per cent tariffs on goods but 25 per cent levies on all car imports.

He was said to be open to discussing the pending levies with
world leaders, officials said.

But a White House spokeswoman said: “There is one country that the president cares most about and it is the US.”

Although a deal is unlikely to be reached before Mr Trump’s announcement, UK negotiators are reported to be pursuing an agreement with the US focused on technology.

Such a deal is said to include possible changes to the digital services tax – which imposes a 2 per cent levy on the revenues of several major US tech companies – in exchange for a carve-out from the tariffs.

Ministers have refused to deny that changes to the digital services tax are being considered.

On Tuesday evening, Treasury minister James Murray said that he would not give a “running commentary” on negotiations.

But he added the “principle” of any decision would be “businesses paying their fair share”.
