Jay-Z accused of raping girl, 13, with Diddy after MTV’s VMAs in bombshell civil lawsuit – as he slams ‘blackmail’

JAY-Z has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy after the MTV VMA awards, a bombshell lawsuit claims.

A civil suit filed on Sunday claimed the rapper sexually assaulted the girl at an after-party in 2000.

The anonymous accuser, identified as Jane Doe in court documents, said she was raped as she was driven to the party, according to NBC News.

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, has denied all accusations against him.

The anonymous accuser claimed in court documents that the assault took place on September 7, 2000, in New York City.

The rapper was originally listed as a defendant when the federal lawsuit was filed in the Southern District of New York in October.

It was refiled on Sunday to include Jay-Z.

Jay-Z's full statement following rape allegations

“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a “lawyer” named Tony Buzbee. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.

No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!

These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?

These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.

This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics!

I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over. I’m more than prepared to deal with your type. You claim to be a marine?! Marines are known for their valor, you have neither honor nor dignity.

My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure such at their young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and human spirit.

My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world, who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.

You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all “celebrities” are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.

I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”

How to get a free letter from Santa in time for Christmas – but you need to be quick

CHRISTMAS magic is in the air, and there’s no better way to spark holiday cheer than with a personal reply from Santa himself.

You need to make sure to send your letter on time to receive your Christmas gifts[/caption]

Wondering how to make sure your letter reaches him in time?

Here’s everything you need to know to bring a sprinkle of Christmas magic into your home this year.

All letters to Santa must reach him by December 9 to ensure he has enough time to respond before diving into his Christmas Eve preparations.

Begin by writing a heartfelt note to Santa.

Include your Christmas wish list and let Santa know if you’ve been good this year!

Make sure to include your name and address in the letter, so Santa knows exactly where to send his reply.

Santa is happy to reply in English, Welsh, or Braille, making it a magical experience for everyone.

Santa’s elves start replying to letters from November 18, but you must ensure your letter arrives no later than December 9.

After that, Santa’s schedule becomes too busy as he gears up for the big day.

Address your envelope as follows:

Santa/Father Christmas
Santa’s Grotto
Reindeerland
XM4 5HQ

For those too excited to wait for Santa’s reply in the post, the UK Post Office also offers a downloadable reply card in English, ensuring a piece of Christmas magic is only a click away.

It comes after a sassy teenager wrote a very demanding letter to Santa and used a genius tactic to ensure she gets what she wants.

Thirteen-year-old Luna took things in to her own hands and demanded things from Santa, claiming she had one of his elves locked up.

Luna had her older sister Ale share her letter on Twitter where she got nearly 154k likes and lots of comments.

The family from California, USA, cleared up that for traditions sake they ask Luna to write a letter every year, she is not an iPad kid and she already knows Santa is not real, but: “She’s having fun and being the kid she is.”

In her letter, Luna wrote: “Dear Santa, What I want for Christmas is a PS5 and games for it.

“I also want a Barnes and Nobles gift card cause I’m smart like that fr (for real).

“By the way one of the games should be Final Fantasy 7.

“I also want Legos and clothes.”

The letter then took a very sinister turn as she wrote: “I got one of yo elfs held up in my basement.

“If you want that homie free better get me my stuff ong (on god).

“An ipad or mac sounds good to me.

“P.S Don’t try sending yo little foo’s I keep this place strapped.”

She then had a drawing of the ‘elf locked up’ as well as a cat and herself.

Many were impressed with the girls ‘bold’ threatening letter but were perplexed by her anger.

Tiny Christmas tree planted by couple in 1979 is now tourist attraction after growing over 50ft tall

A TINY Christmas tree planted by a couple in their garden in 1979 has grown over 50ft tall and is now a tourist attraction.

Avril and Christopher Rowlands need a cherry-picker to decorate it with thousands of lights — and their official switch-ons have raised £25,000 for charities.

Around 2,000 people were at this year’s event at their home in Inkberrow, Worcs.

Avril, 79, said: “We had no idea it would grow so tall but we’re delighted it has.”

It is named as a local landmark on Google and has attracted five-star reviews.

And their electricity supplier knocks £100 off their bill.

Retired TV writer Avril said: “It’s a remarkable to think we bought the tree as a sapling really in 1978 and planted it outside after New Year’s Day 1979.

“We had no idea it would grow so tall but we’re delighted it has.

“Every year people say the tree switch-on marks the start of Christmas.

She added: “The tree did have a disease a year ago but we had the lower branches pruned and wooden posts installed to support it and it’s never looked better.

“Obviously, Chris and I are getting on, I’m 80 next year, but we’ve got no plans to stop the Christmas switch on.

“The tree’s roots are probably growing under the house but so far we’ve not had any problems.

“We wouldn’t know what to do if we couldn’t do this switch on every year.

“It’s become a tradition in the village and beyond which is wonderful.”

Downfall of chemical murderer Assad is boost for jihadists everywhere to strike – including in Britain

JUDGED in isolation, the downfall of chemical murderer Assad is cause for satisfaction but the success of HTS in Syria is a major boost for fellow jihadists everywhere to strike — and that includes in Britain.

If Syria descends further into civil war and inter-factional fighting, as is likely, millions of refugees may also flood into Europe.

Rebels torched a court in Damascus on Saturday[/caption]

Among their number will be terrorists or those who later turn to terror.

HTS, which evolved from IS, al-Qaeda and Hamas, will be focused on gaining and holding on to control.

They claim not to have an interest in jihad beyond Syria but that should be disregarded.

Their priority will be a strike on Israel.

Their sights will also be on Jordan, where they will seek to replace the monarchy with Islamist rule.

Turkey and Qatar are both heavily involved in funding and directing HTS and Western countries should be leaning on them to restrain them.

We will also become increasingly dependent on Israeli intelligence to help protect us from terrorism.

Donald Trump reacts to Assad's fall

The incoming president lashed out at Russia when commenting on the fall of Assad's regime.

On X, the Republican leader wrote: “Opposition fighters in Syria, in an unprecedented move, have totally taken over numerous cities, in a highly coordinated offensive, and are now on the outskirts of Damascus, obviously preparing to make a very big move toward taking out Assad.

“Russia, because they are so tied up in Ukraine, and with the loss there of over 600,000 soldiers, seems incapable of stopping this literal march through Syria, a country they have protected for years.”

He went on to blame former President Barack Obama for “refusing to honor his commitment of protecting the RED LINE IN THE SAND” which led to Russia stepping into the conflict.

Trump noted that Russia being forced out of Syria is “the best thing that can happen” as “there was never much benefit” in Syria for Putin.

“Syria is a mess, but is not our friend, & THE UNITED STATES SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. THIS IS NOT OUR FIGHT. LET IT PLAY OUT. DO NOT GET INVOLVED!” he added.

On TruthSocial the president-elect said that both Russia and Iran are now in “a weakened state” before he called for a ceasefire in Ukraine to “stop the madness.”
