Love Island fix row as fans insist Ronnie and Harriett FAKED split to reunite in All Stars villa

LOVE Island fans are convinced Ronnie and Harriett FAKED their split to reunite in All Stars villa.

The former couple looked smitten again after going to the terrace, where Ronnie confessed: “It’s only ever been you.”

Harriett also revealed to the girls Ronnie sent her roses last month – and her best friend Matilda Draper shared the message that came with it.

It read: “Merry Christmas. Hope next year we can be together. Love you RV.”

After watching the chemistry between Harriett on Ron during last night’s episode, fans claim they always planned on getting back together.

One said: “Ronnie & Harriett have done this to come on here, reunite and win Love island.”

Another wondered: “Okay plot twist: what if Harriet and Ronnie never actually broke up and they both agreed to go on all Stars so they could win together?”

Someone else claimed: “Okay now I’m starting to think they aren’t actually broken up & they just said that to come back on the show & win.”

A fan insisted: “I reckon Ronnie and Harriett faked a breakup and both came to get back on the show with intention of coupling back up and winning because they know the public liked them.

“I’m getting instant set up vibes and explains Ronnie’s behaviour a lot.”

Another agreed adding: “Ronnie and Harriet ‘broke up’ just to come on the show and scam a win.

“I don’t care as long as they make it entertaining.”

My ‘straight’ husband want to go on a ‘gaycation’ with my BROTHER IN LAW but he insists he still love me & kids

A WOMAN has been left stunned after her husband shared his plans to go on a ‘gaycation’, despite insisting he is totally straight.

The mum-of-two thought she had a loving and stable relationship, but her entire world was turned upside down when her husband of 16-years first brought up the idea of the so-called holiday where men go to experience the gay lifestyle with no strings attached.

The husband insisted wanting to go on the holiday doesn’t mean he’s attracted to men[/caption]

It all started when her husband sat her down and presented a “printed poster for some sort of orgy and started explaining to me the concept of a ‘gaycation’,” she wrote on Reddit.

He went on to explain that going on the trip doesn’t mean he’s no longer straight because “It’s where straight men go to somewhere with sun, sand and booze and become gay for the duration of the trip,” the woman added.

As far as her husband was concerned it would all be above board because “what happens on the gaycation, stays on the gaycation”, and he was planning on booking a trip with his sister’s husband so they could both experience it together.

Totally mortified by all this information, the anonymous woman tried to keep her cool and simply asked her husband if he was gay.

“He swore up and down how he’s not gay and he’s 100% attracted to women and of course still loves me and our boys,” she wrote in the viral post.

“So I said ‘well do you think you’re bisexual maybe’ and he got very defensive, saying how I need to drop the accusations and that this is the beauty of the gaycation, it allows straight men to ‘experience’ gayness without actually being gay and how it’s like going to an aquarium???”

After ignoring him for the rest of the day, the conversation about the Ibiza trip resumed, and her husband continued to defend his gaycation plans.

“He said how he’s interested in how gay men’s lives differ from straight men’s and that unfortunately, once the gaycation begins, it’s simply impossible for a man to resist and he must ‘surrender himself mind, body and soul’ to the gaycation or ‘be destroyed’.

“I really can’t put into words how surreal it was, because he was speaking so matter of fact and he insists this is a thing that straight men do all the time and how he’s actually ‘doing it a bit late’.”

She bluntly told him that if he went on the gaycation it would be the end of their marriage, and although he didn’t immediately try to bring it up again it was clear being denied the experience was “tearing him up inside.”

In fact, he even took a day and a half off work to mourn the gaycation that could never be.

“The marriage is dead, one way or another. In a way I was in denial myself about that,” the woman continued, adding that she had also spoke to her sister-in-law about her husband wanting to go on the trip too.

Although the conversation didn’t initially go down well, the sister-in-law called back later and “admitted she was in deep, deep shock” about the whole thing.

After sending their two kids to sleep at their grandparents for the weekend, the couple continued to discuss the so-called gaycation.

“I’ve genuinely never seen him have such a childish tantrum before, screaming about how I just don’t understand the gaycation and insinuating that I’m actually homophobic because I refuse to allow him to participate in this ‘cultural exchange with the gay community’,” she explained.

Fellow Reddit users suggested the woman flip the situation on her husband to see how he would like it if she had her own holiday to sleep with other men, so he could see it from her perspective.

I really can’t put into words how surreal it was, because he was speaking so matter of fact and he insists this is a thing that straight men do all the time.

“Like f**king clockwork, he was very angry and offended, saying ‘it’s completely different because a gaycation means nothing […] whereas I’d just be ‘straight up cheating’,” the woman then updated the post.

Much to her shock, her plan backfired and her husband agreed to let her do whatever she wants if he can go on the raunchy lads trip.

“He doesn’t want me to, but that it’s ‘fair in a twisted way’,” she wrote.

Eventually, she kicked him out of their house and he left without putting up a fight.

Things then went from bad to worse when she decided to drain their joint bank account and her husband’s mum got involved.

Much like the woman’s sister-in-law, she didn’t believe it at first but then was shocked by the whole thing when her son admitted it all and gave the “same spiel about how what happens on the gaycation, men cannot resist the gaycation; how a man must surrender to the gaycation, etc.”

What your sexual fantasies say about you

By Emma Kenny, a TV presenter and psychologist

Raucous Role Play: If your partner enjoys dressing up for fun, it shows creativity and a desire to keep things exciting. However, it might signal that he struggles with responsibility.

Multi-Partner Fantasies: Craving variety doesn’t always mean he wants to cheat. However, it could indicate deeper feelings of unfulfillment.

Power & Control: A little dominance is normal, but if it’s always about control, it may hide insecurities.

Adventure: Men seeking thrills may push boundaries, so be sure your comfort zone is respected.

Passion: If he’s romantic, he’s emotionally tuned in—though occasionally avoiding tough conversations.

Flexibility: Openness to new experiences is great, but constant novelty-seeking could mean avoiding emotional connection.

Red Flag: If control is his ultimate fantasy, it may signal a deeper struggle with power dynamics.

Through it all, both her husband and brother-in-law insisted wanting to go on the trip doesn’t mean they’re gay or bisexual, which left everyone scratching their heads.

“I’m just…still utterly stunned […] what exactly did we do to have our lives destroyed in such an abrupt, bizarre embarrassing way?” the woman added.

Finally, she noted that she would be proceeding with a divorce.

Fellow Reddit users were equally stunned by the situation, as one commented: “It’s definitely not normal. ‘I’m not even attracted to men, but I want to try being gay’, said no straight man ever.

“My bet is this ‘gaycation’ doesn’t even exist and husband and brother-in-law want to go away and ‘explore’ together and are trying to figure out a way to do this while also assuaging their conscience and being somewhat honest.”

And others thought the whole thing was so crazy it could be fake.

One said: “I struggle to believe this is real because it is so insane.

“Ignoring the part where your husband clearly is not straight, he is basically proposing that he gets a week long cheating vacation. And bringing another family member into it no less.

“You do not need to be ok with your partner cheating on you and that is an ABSURD ask.”

Coronation Street and Emmerdale issue urgent warning to fans as soap stars hit by scammers

CORONATION Street and Emmerdale bosses have issued an urgent warning to soap fans hit by scammers.

The soaps official Instagram page have shared a post revealing that fake accounts had been impersonating some actors for financial gain.

Warning: Coronation Street and Emmerdale actors are being impersonated by scammers on social media.

ITV

They have urged fans to be vigilant if they are approached by one of these scammers, especially with the increase in AI technology, that can easily fool people into thinking they are speaking to an actor.

The important message read: “Please be aware that actors from both Coronation Street and Emmerdale are currently being impersonated by scammers across all social media platforms.

“No cast member will ever directly request money for messages, meetings or any kind of personal interaction on social media.”

They have urged anyone contacted by a scammer to report it to the relevant platform.

“We are aware these sophisticated impersonations can include deep-fake footage (where it appears to be the actor talking but isn’t) and personal messages which seem to be realistic and in character,” they continued.

“We urge everybody to be vigilant.

“Please report any concerns to the relevant platform

“The legitimate way of meeting with real members of the cast is via official ‘meet and greet’ events run by ITV Star Tours.”

Former Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh was one of the latest star’s have been targeted.

She warned her fans of a fake Facebook profile pretending to be her.

Kym hit out at the scammers, telling them if they were going to pretend to be her, they could at least get their facts right.

While Coronation Street also explored the dangers of deepfake last year during a storyline with Abi Webster.

Abi (Sally Carman) was left horrified when her friend Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) revealed he’d been sent a revealing email featuring her in a sex video.

Former drug addict Abi feared her past was haunting her having admitted to blackouts before.

Unbeknownst to Abi, however, the sex tape was actually a nasty deepfake, made by Stefan Brent – the father of Corey Brent, who murdered Abi’s son Seb.

A deepfake is a video in which a person’s face or body is digitally altered so they appear to be someone else.

Man City vs Chelsea tips

Our Bet Builder selections: Manchester City to win, Kevin De Bruyne and Cole Palmer to score and Bernardo Silva carded at 50/1. ADD TO YOUR BET SLIP HERE!

Back our 50/1 Bet Builder

Here’s why we’ve made those selections..

  • Manchester City to win: It’s a tight contest between two sides struggling to find rhythm and form, but City’s record in this fixture and a trio of new signings might just get them over the line. The CItyzens are unbeaten in their last seven Premier League games against Chelsea, while the Blues are without a win in their last three on the road.
  • Kevin De Bruyne to score: The Belgian, 33, is back in form and boasts a great record against his former club, scoring five Premier League goals, only netting more against Arsenal in the competition (8).
  • Cole Palmer to score: The 22-year-old has bagged 14 goals in 22 Premier League appearances this season – including three in his last four starts in the competition. He’s scored more away PL goals than any Chelsea player (6) and ranks top for attempts (34), big chances (12) and xG (6.58). He’s also on penalties.
  • Bernardo Silva carded: It’s a big clash after a frustrating week for Manchester City in the Champions League, and those are perfect conditions for a Bernardo Silva booking. He’s been carded six times this season and has picked up three against Chelsea – including in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge back in August.

Man City vs Chelsea preview

Manchester City return to domestic action following their bleak midweek trip to Paris.

It was a chastening night for Pep Guardiola’s side, who blew a two-goal lead and slumped to a 4-2 defeat against PSG at the Parc des Princes.

The Cityzens are now at risk elimination from the competition altogether in 25th position, and must win their final fixture against Club Brugge to progress.

Guardiola’s side often looked static, ragged and defensively vulnerable as they gave up 63% possession and 26 shots, whilst their opponents generated a hefty xG of 2.75.

Not only did the defeat bring a shuddering halt to their mini-revival.

It also gave credence to the argument that Manchester City are NOT back, rather they merely beat the likes of League Two Salford, Leicester, West Ham and Ipswich Town.

Pep’s antidote? He’s looked for reinforcements.

And he’s got exactly that having spent £123million on new recruits in forward Omar Marmoush and defenders Vitor Reis from Palmeiras and Abdukodir Khusanov from Lens.

It doesn’t look like there will be a “bedding in process” for the trio after Guardiola announced they “are able to play already” in the Premier League and could make their debuts against Chelsea on Saturday.

New signings should help rejuvenate City’s ranks and it could be the ideal fixture given the Manchester side are unbeaten in their last seven Premier League games against Chelsea (W5 D2). The Blues have also registered just one clean sheet in their last 16 Premier League away games at the Etihad Stadium.

They may also be bumping into Chelsea at the right time.

Enzo Maresca’s side had been tipped to challenge for the title but now find themselves in fourth spot following a run of one victory in their last six top-flight matches (L2, D3).

Having won six of their first eight Premier League away games this season, Chelsea are now winless in their last three on the road. They’ve scored just once in these three games, having averaged 2.9 goals-per-game in their previous eight.

Man City vs Chelsea preview betting tips and predictions

King Kevin

Manchester City’s short-lived revival happened to coincide with Kevin De Bruyne’s return to form.

The Belgian, 33, has provided four assists in his last three Premier League games, including two against Ipswich Town last time out. He also boasts a terrific record against his former club Chelsea – scoring five Premier League goals, only netting more against Arsenal in the competition (8).

He ranks top for chances created in this Manchester City squad over the last four top-flight games (14) with an xA of 1.07 and the most crosses delivered.

If Chelsea are to score, it’s more than likely to come via the club’s top goalscorer Cole Palmer – especially with Nicolas Jackson having failed to score in his last six appearances.

Palmer, 22, has bagged 14 goals in 22 Premier League appearances this season – including three in his last four starts in the competition. He’s scored more away PL goals than any Chelsea player (6) and ranks top for attempts (34), big chances (12) and xG (6.58). He’s also on penalties.
