The couple were given a Heroes of Humanity award by the WBC in recognition of their efforts.
Paris kept up with her husband’s gruelling 700 ab reps, with Tyson even claiming that she could outwork his boxing rivals as he praised her fitness levels.
He said: “She is fitter than me, outdoing me now, I have created a monster.
“She’s fit as a fiddle, you got fit Paris I tell you that! In six-seven weeks you got amazingly fit.”

The curved bunny shape is adorned with a perfectly coiffed hessian bow.
If you don’t have a garden, have no fear- the flower wreath will perch perfectly on walls or doors both inside and outdoors.
Impress friends and family over the weekend with its touch of classic glamour.
One shopper commented on the budget-friendly retailers post: “Oh my god, they are so cute I love them.”
Another wrote: “They are fr*gging adorable, can you make them edible?”
Another commented on a TikTok of the wreath: “That does not look budget at all; it really elevates your already gorgeous kitchen.”
Standing at 47cm high and weighing nearly 291g, you get bang for your buck.
The stunning ornament is available to buy online or in-store, but if you want to make sure your nearest store has one, you could place a click-and-collect order.
8 must-have plants to brighten up your garden

Nick Hamilton owner of Barnsdale Gardens has shared his favourite plants and flowers you should consider adding to your garden, borders and pots.
Tricyrtis
A spectacular plant that gives a real exotic feel to any garden with its orchid-like, spotted flowers giving the impression that this plant should be tender but it is “as tough as old boots!”.
Penstemon
I love this plants genus of because most will flower all summer and autumn. They’ll grow in sun or semi-shade in a well drained soil and produce a non-stop display of tubular flowers in an array of colours and colour combination to suit all tastes.
Luzula sylvatica ‘Marginata’
With the evergreen leaves edged with yellow its great asset is that it
will grow in sun or shade in any type of soil and is great as a groundcover in the hardest spot to fill – dry shade.
Eryngium x zabelii ‘Big Blue’
A stunning, nectar-rich plant that will feed the beneficial insects in your
garden. Leave the flowerheads once they have turned brown because they look stunning with winter frost and snow, extending the plant’s interest period.
Sarcococca hookeriana ‘Winter Gem’
If you need winter scent then look no further than this compact, evergreen shrub. The scent is stunning and the evergreen leaves create an excellent backdrop for the summer flowers.
Cornus sanguinea ‘Anny’s Winter Orange’
A dwarf version of ‘Midwinter Fire’ the very colourful stems create a stunning winter display, particularly on sunny days.
Rosa ‘Noisette Carnee’
A very well-behaved climbing rose that is perfect for training over an arch, pergola or gazebo. The small, “noisette” flowers are blush-pink and produce the most amazing clove scent constantly from June to November.
Sanguisorba hakusanensis ‘Lilac Squirrel’
I’ve never seen a squirrel with a drooping, shaggy lilac tail, but this variety will give your garden an unusual and different look throughout summer. It does need a moisture retentive soil but will grow in sun or semi-shade.
‘Hideous’ English town once home to the ‘mouth of HELL’ is being transformed into thriving & vibrant £50m shopping hub
MASTERPLANS are underway to revitalise a town centre with developments to occur over the next 15 years.
Northampton Town Centre is set to receive a transformation as the council has outlined hopes to improve its sporting and cultural heritage.

Opportunities for the building of schools and health facilities have been identified by the West Northamptonshire Council, after it secured £50 million in investment since 2019 – with more to come.
Improved accessibility, sustainable transport, public spaces and employment opportunities are also on the horizon.
Conservative cabinet member for local economy, culture and leisure, Dan Lister, said: “Northampton is undergoing a period of transformational change, and this masterplan will set out the next phase of regeneration projects.”
Public consultation is beginning early summer for this 400 hectare project.
The council are inviting residents, businesses and stakeholders to share their ideas after appointing a team of experts.
It comes after Northampton was named the 50th worst place to live in England in 2023 by an ilivehere.co.uk poll that received more than 100,000 respondents.
Locals linked their disdain for the town to redevelopments that have occurred over the past few decades.
It was even described as “hideous” by one, who said the once more attractive “ancient streets around St Peter’s Church are long gone, replaced by ugly ring roads”.
Northampton even had a building known as the ‘Mouth of Hell’, described by Lonely Planet as “infamously ugly”.
It was a bus station, considered one of Britain’s ugliest buildings, destroyed by a controlled demolition 10 years ago.
The structure had been costing taxpayers £500,000 in repairs every year since opening in 1976, and would take almost £30 million to renovate.
The demolition of the ‘Mouth of Hell’ was part of Northampton’s regeneration programme.
A new bus station opened in its place, but also received a bad rep when police were called in to direct traffic after queues of buses formed soon after opening.
Northampton has received has still received some praise on Tripadvisor, with one reviewer who wrote: “The bar and restaurant scene has really improved in recent years.”
Another said: “Ashby is a beautiful village, and so too is Sywell.”

Just hours left to boost your state pension by up to £330 a year ahead of deadline tonight
THOUSANDS of workers have just hours left to boost their state pension by up to tens of thousands of pounds over their retirement.
Today is the final day savers can top up their National Insurance (NI) record dating back to 2006 in order to boost the amount of state pension they receive.

You need 35 NI years to get the full new state pension, worth £221.20 a week or over £11,502 a year, and ten years to get anything at all.
If you have any gaps in your record, you can pay to fill them in to boost your pension amount.
But normally you can only buy back the past six tax years.
Until today, the government has had a temporary extension in place to allow people to top up back to 2006, potentially boosting their income in retirement by thousands of pounds.
Anyone who has had career breaks, worked abroad, been self-employed, or spent years in low-paid jobs may have gaps in their NI record.
Even if you’ve already started claiming your state pension, you could still top it up, so it’s worth checking before the deadline.
However, before paying, check whether you could fill the gaps in for free first.
Helen Morrissey, head of retirement analysis at Hargreaves Lansdown, explained: “If you qualified for benefits such as Jobseeker’s Allowance or Child Benefit, you may be able to backdate a claim.
“These benefits come with NI credits, so you could fill the gaps for free.”
You can find out who’s eligible for these credits at www.gov.uk/national-insurance-credits/eligibility.
If you do want to pay to top your record up, the first step is to check your state pension forecast.
You can do this easily online using the government’s “Check your State Pension” tool at www.gov.uk/check-state-pension.
You can also use the free HMRC app. To access your forecast, log in with your Personal Tax Account details. You can register on the gov.uk site if you don’t have an account.
You can then view any missing years that you’re able to buy back, as well as how much you could get for topping up. You can then pay for these online, without needing to call.
However, you can call the Future Pension Centre on 0800 731 0175 if you need help or advice.
If you’re already receiving your State Pension, you can’t use the online service – call the Pension Service on 0800 731 0469, but be aware that as the deadline is today phone lines may be busy.
Be sure to request a callback by April 5 if you can’t get through on the phone.
Tom Selby, public policy director at AJ Bell, said: “As long as you request a call back by the April 5 deadline, the government will honour any requests to fill gaps from 2006 onwards.”
How else can I boost my state pension?
You can get NI credits to fill in your NI record automatically if you’re a parent claiming Child Benefit for a child under 12.
Grandparents who look after children can also get the credits if the parent passes them to you.
Go to gov.uk/national-insurance-credits/eligibility to find out more.
You could also boost your income by delaying when you start taking state pension.
For every nine weeks you delay, your pension increases by 1%. That’s a boost of 5.8% more per year.
If you are on a very low income, claiming Pension Credit tops up your state pension.
Check if you qualify at gov.uk/pension-credit/eligibility.
Crucial to claim Pension Credit if you can
HUNDREDS of thousands of pensioners are missing out on Pension Credit.
The Sun’s Assistant Consumer Editor Lana Clements explains why it’s imperative to apply for the benefit..
Pension Credit is designed to top up the income of the UK’s poorest pensioners.
In itself the payment is a vital lifeline for older people with little income.
It will take weekly income up to to £218.15 if you’re single or joint income to £332.95.
Yet, an estimated 800,000 don’t claim this support. Not only are they missing on this cash, but far more extra support that is unlocked when claiming Pension Credit.
With the winter fuel payment – worth up to £300 now being restricted to pensioners claiming Pension Credit – it’s more important than ever to claim the benefit if you can.
Pension Credit also opens up help with housing costs, council tax or heating bills and even a free TV licence if you are 75 or older.
All this extra support can make a huge difference to the quality of life for a struggling pensioner.
It’s not difficult to apply for Pension Credit, you can do it up to four months before you reach state pension age through the government website or by calling 0800 99 1234.
You’ll just need your National Insurance number, as well as information about income, savings and investments.
I tried loaded supermarket Easter eggs – the winner is a twist on a popular M&S chocolate and sweet treat
SWEET-toothed Brits can’t resist Easter chocolate with a third of us tucking into an egg a MONTH before Easter Sunday.
Research, by Aldi, shows almost half of us admit to scoffing an Easter egg we’d bought for someone else and seven per cent hide our eggs from family members.

This year also sees a new trend for flat and indulgently ‘loaded’ eggs. But are they as tasty as the standard shaped Easter treat and are they good value for money?
LYNSEY HOPE tries a few to find out. Here, she shares her verdict:
Aldi Specially Selected Belgian Truffle Egg (250g)
£9.99 (£4 per 100g)

Lynsey says: “A decadent half milk chocolate shell, which is decorated with a bronze chocolate outer layer and sprinkles.
“The egg itself is filled with eight flavoured Belgian chocolate truffles.
“It’s effectively a box of chocolates in an Easter egg! It’s great value, working out around £4 per 100g of chocolate and it’s nearly £20 cheaper than a similar egg from luxury brand Hotel Chocolat.
“The chocolate egg itself was creamy and smooth but a little tasteless. The truffles however were a real stand out, bringing this egg to another level.”

Morrisons The Best Loaded Milk Chocolate Half Egg (245g)
£7.50 (£3.06 per 100g)

Lynsey says: “Amongst all the loaded and flat shaped eggs on shelves this year, this one really catches the eye.
“Many are just flat eggs topped with a few tasty bits but this one is a real heavyweight treat.
“It’s a proper half Easter egg shell and it’s filled to bursting with gooey caramel, puffed rice, raisins, honeycomb and marshmallows and finished off with smooth dark chocolate and a trio of solid mini eggs.
“It’s indulgent, rich, and delicious. Chocolate lovers rejoice as it’s incredible value too, beating Aldi by nearly a £1 on the price per 100g.”

Waitrose No 1 Milk Chocolate Flat Egg (190g)
£12 (£6.32 per 100g)

Lynsey says: “Such a fabulous and intriguing design, this effect is perfectly flat and smooth.
“It’s decorated with cocoa nibs and gold shimmered dark chocolate flakes and it has a slight crunch thanks to added pieces of feuilletine wafer and sea salt.
“A small, hollow chocolate egg is also incorporated in the egg and it’s all made with Fairtrade cocoa. There’s a blonde and biscuit and dark chocolate and nut option if you prefer.
“Not only is it a really impressive looking gift, it tastes divine too and feels very grown up.
“My only complaint is all the plastic packaging – but I can see why the manufacturer wanted to show this beauty off.”

Cox and Co Dark Chocolate Easter Egg Bar (140g)
£12 for two 70g bars (£8.57 per 100g)

Lynsey says: “This egg doesn’t look as appealing as some of the other varieties but I was pleasantly surprised by how thick the slab of chocolate was.
“It had a slightly powdery taste and I have had better dark chocolate options. It tasted better the more you ate. The chocolate was a bit dull in colour too, and lacking shine.
“It’s a bonus that it’s available on Amazon, making it really quick and easy to send and you don’t need to worry that it will get smashed up in the post.
“A bit over priced though, costing £6 for a bar and the most expensive per 100g of chocolate in this test.”

Overall score: 6/15
M&S Scrummy Bunny Munch Loaded Egg (265g)
£12 (£4.53 per 100g)

Lynsey says: “M&S said their munch mix was now so popular, they decided to stuff it in an Easter egg – and here’s the result?
“A milk chocolate half egg loaded with jellyfied eggs, jelly carrots, white chocolate and raspberry popcorn, milk chocolate pretzels and raspberry jellies.
“I wouldn’t sure all this would work in one egg, but it does. The chocolate is creamy and delicious and all the added treats give it a real mix of texture and flavours.
“It’s the egg of dreams. This one was gone very quickly and I’d definitely buy another.”

How to save money at Easter
Sun Savers Editor Lana Clements shares her tips on how to save cash at Easter...
Stock up on eggs – The best value Easter eggs typically sell out by the time the long weekend comes around so by in advance and stash in a cupboard so that you don’t get tempted to nibble.
Cut entertaining costs – If you are hosting family or friends over the holiday, consider asking them to bring a dish such as dessert, or a couple of bottles to cut costs. Use a price comparison site to find the lowest prices on the food and any other decorations or gifts that you need. Try PriceRunner or Trolley.co.uk.

Holiday warning to anyone with passport to make crucial check NOW – even if it’s in date.. check if you can still travel
A WARNING has been issued to anyone with a passport to make a crucial check before travelling.
If you’re jetting off abroad this year, its crucial to double check if your passport is more than 10 years old or in its last six months before expiring.

This comes as holiday-goers continue to be caught out as countries have a variety of rules for how long you need.
After Britain left the European Union in 2016, this now includes most EU countries too.
If travelling to the EU, it’s crucial that your passport is less than 10 year old and valid for at least three months after the day you plan to leave to avoid disaster.
Those with a burgundy passport should also beware as it may be older than 10 years.
This is because before 2018 any time left on your passport was added to your new passport’s validity.
So while it may have plenty of time left, it will fall foul of the 10-year rule.
One horror story was emailed to consumer website Money Saving Expert where Abigail was due to fly to Lisbon for her best friend’s hen do with seven months left on her passport.
She said: “Just as I’m about to get on the plane maybe 50m away, the crew looked at my passport and said I was unable to fly due to an expired passport.
“I had NO IDEA about the 10 year expiry and wasn’t allowed to fly to Lisbon.”
Another nightmare story saw a four year old girl refused entry to Turkey with less than two months left on her passport.
Travellers should also be aware of the requirements for non-EU countries.
For countries such as Australia, Canada or the US, the passport must be valid for the whole duration of your stay.
Other countries such as Thailand require your passport be valid for at least six months from the day you enter.
If you do find you need a new passport, it’s cheapest to apply online on the GOV.UK website.
Online passport renewals will cost UK adults, aged 16 or older, £88.50 and if you need to fast track the process to make your holiday, you’ll be paying a whopping £166.50.
For children under 16, the price comes in at £57.50.
If you’re planning on jetting off this year, make sure you leave enough time to get it renewed with the Passport Office advising it will take up to three weeks for a replacement.
There can often be a rush of renewals around busy times of the year such as the months before the school summer holidays and Christmas.
You can also apply by paper at the Post Office but this will come at a higher price.
