Jack Fincham spotted at £500-a-night spa hotel with Chloe Brockett days before sentencing over dog attack
JACK Fincham was spotted at a £500 per night spa hotel with his girlfriend Chloe Brockett before being sentenced over a dog attack.
The Love Island 2018 winner, 33, has today been freed from a short stint in jail as he appeals his six-week sentence.
Reality star turned boxer Jack Fincham[/caption] Love Island 2018 winner Jack was freed from his six week jail sentence after his out-of-control Cane Corso mauled runner Robert Sudell[/caption] He spent his final days of freedom at a £500 per night spa hotel with his girlfriend Chloe Brockett[/caption] Jack was spotted with on/off girlfriend Chloe Brockett today after his sentencing[/caption]His Towie star girlfriend Chloe, 24, supported him as he received a jail term at Southend Magistrates’ Court.
Just a day before his sentencing, Chloe shared a snapshot of their lavish getaway at Champneys Forest Mere in Hampshire.
The Instagram post showed the couple in matching white robes, sipping champagne, with the caption: “The best time at @champneysspas forest mere with my [heart emoji].”
Champneys Forest Mere is a high-end health spa, charging up to £500 per night for its overnight stays.
The Hampshire resort, popular with celebrities, offers spa pools, steam rooms, and an outdoor swimming pool.
The adults-only hotel provides access to fitness classes and wellness treatments, while its restaurant serves a health-focused menu.
Guests also have access to lakeside grounds and woodland walks.
Located an hour from London, the retreat is known for strict rules, including a ban on alcohol in public areas and an emphasis on digital detoxing.
Chloe has been in an off-on relationship with Fincham since 2019.
The couple then moved in together in March last year, before Chloe said they were “no longer in a relationship” on Instagram in November.
The reality star has also removed snaps with the former Love Islander from her Instagram page.
But she quickly deleted the post from her social media.
Last year, The Sun also told how Fincham and Chloe had discussed getting engaged after moving in together.
It comes as the ex-Love Island star was dragged to court today.
Fincham’s pet Elvis first attacked a runner Robert in Grays, Essex, in September 2022 but no harm was done.
The dog then bit a woman in the leg in Swanley, Kent, in June 2024.
Presiding magistrate Anne Wade said Fincham was subject to a suspended sentence order at the time of the incident.
This was after Fincham was caught speeding down hard shoulder in a BMW while on cocaine.
Passing sentence, presiding magistrate Anne Wade said the suspended sentence order would be activated in part, adding that “we find no reason not to do so”.
She said: “The dog was in a public place not abiding by the conditions to be muzzled and kept on a lead.”
These conditions included failing to always keep the dog on the lead, for the dog to wear a muzzle when outside and to not leave the animal alone with anyone under the age of 16.
Fincham was initially jailed for six weeks after he admitted being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog.
He was also asked to pay £3,680 – including £200 compensation fee to Robert and a £50 compensation fee to the other victim.
Further orders were also made that the dog must be muzzled in public places, be kept on a lead and not be left alone with anyone under the age of 16.
Fincham gave a thumbs up as he was led to the cells.
JACK FREED
It is understood he has now been freed on bail while he appeals the sentence.
Courts can grant bail ahead of an appeal in exceptional circumstances but it will likely have conditions on it.
Defendants will have to make the appeal to a Crown Court judge – even if the sentencing was imposed by magistrates.
Fincham’s lawyer told Mail Online: “We are disappointed that the Magistrates did not find it would be unjust to activate the Suspended Sentence Order.
“However, the case remains finely poised, and we are optimistic that in the fullness of time, the Crown Court will uphold Mr Fincham’s appeal.”
He was told he will get Elvis back upon his jail release if the three conditions are met.
Fincham rose to fame after winning the 2018 series of Love Island alongside Dani Dyer – daughter of actor Danny.
But the couple split just 129 days after leaving the villa following a series of rows.

KYREN WILSON jokes he has had his “Britney Spears moment” after a close shave with the barbers back home.
The Warrior flew out to Berlin for this week’s German Masters after getting a buzz cut off his barber in Northamptonshire.
Kyren Wilson joked he had a ‘Britney Spears moment’ at a recent visit to the Barbers[/caption] Britney Spears shaved off her long blonde hair in 2007[/caption] Wilson opted for a buzz cut after a recent hair nightmare[/caption]In his mind, it brought back memories of the American pop singer shaving off her long blonde hair in 2007 in an unexpected act of rebellion and liberation from the perils of fame and attention.
The world No.2 – who won a maiden world title last May with blond highlights – laughed: “I’ve had a Britney Spears moment!
“I had the blond hair, then I dyed it back. It was all mismatched. Just the length of my hair, it’s a nightmare.
“I’m having to have my haircut once a week. I think the positives to take from this is I have got a good hair line.
“I just said to my barber: ‘Let’s just start again.’ So we did a buzz cut, the same level all over, My hair will be back in a week-and-a-half, don’t worry about that.”
Wilson, 33, had a hair-raising moment on Wednesday when he fell 2-0 down to China’s Zhou Yuelong, the guy who smashed him 6-0 at the Shanghai Masters last July.
But the Englishman rallied back to win 5-3, sealing the victory with a 100 that involved a no-look hit on the final black.
In the Last 16, Wilson now faces Jak Jones, the person he beat over two days in the World Snooker Championship final at the Crucible.

When he lost 10-7 to Shaun Murphy in this month’s Masters final, Wilson joked that the Magician, 42, had “turned into an old man, so he needs this more than me”.
One Murphy-supporting fan at Ally Pally heard that remark and cruelly responded: “Yeah, he still kicked your a*** though, didn’t he?”
Judd Trump criticised Wilson’s comments that were the talk of the players’ lounge, saying “I don’t think he particularly put himself in good light” and claiming he is “not the best loser”.
Asked for his reaction to everything that had been said since the Masters ceremony, Wilson said: “It just cracks me up. It’s funny to read and listen to.
“It shows how many people are interested in the after-speech and stuff like that.
“It’s nice to have a bit of banter. You don’t want to see the same old boring speeches.
“I just had a bit of fun with it. I felt like I was still respectful, given how well he had played all week, and was a deserved champion.
“A few people took it wrong, which is fine, that’s fair enough. I was sore after losing.
“I’m not going to be false and do the ‘old’ speech.
“I’m not about that. I’d rather pour my heart out. You see me cry in the after speeches before. You’ve seen me laugh.
“See my kids come on. It’s just nice to have a bit of fun sometimes.”

My day with Amir Khan had me floored, what I saw is a million miles from the flash, cocky character fans think he is
TO some Amir Khan is just another flash, multimillionaire boxer… but I saw the real side of him only minutes after we met.
Having raked in a whopping £60MILLION just from fighting, he’s been able to afford a life that few can even dream of.
Amir Khan knows how to spend his well-earned cash[/caption] He lives a life of luxury[/caption] But the father-of-three is a doting dad and family man[/caption]Khan’s been pictured behind the wheel of fast cars, welcomed cameras into homes as big as hotels and loves to wear expensive jewellery.
On his rise to becoming one of British boxing’s greats he would also trash-talk opponents.
With his beautiful, successful wife on his arm, it’s little wonder some boxing fans find it hard to relate to the cocky lad from Bolton.
So I was floored when I met him.
I spoke to the British legend in Dubai – where he now lives with his family – while he was supporting his protege Haider Khan – of no relation – in his MMA fight.
The last time I interviewed Khan was in Saudi Arabia last February – albeit briefly – about a potential comeback and the legacy he’s left.
A year on, and not much changed as I quizzed him on similar topics.
But this time I got to see the kind-hearted nature of Khan, who single-handedly revived Great Britain’s Olympic boxing hopes in 2004.

Khan agreed to leave his VIP cageside seat to speak to me, while I sprinted from the press area to ensure I didn’t miss my one-to-one opportunity.
But as I tried to take Khan backstage to find a quieter place to talk – security stopped me in my tracks.
They failed to recognise who the former light-welterweight champion of the world was – refusing to let him backstage without a media pass.
I feared my interview chances would be KO’d there and then – but Khan showed his humanity and laughed off the snub.
The boxing great – one of the best and most recognisable to ever come out of our shores – was far too humble to tell the jobsworth security who he was.
If I wasn’t in such a rush to get interviewing Khan, I would’ve explained to the staffer that he was talking to the man that won Olympic silver aged just 17.
The legend who lifted world championships at 22 and retired with one of the best records of the modern era.
But, we were against the clock so luckily a member of staff with security clearance brought Khan through.
And just as I thought we could get the interview underway, a member of the Coca-Cola Arena – originally from Manchester – recognised Khan.
Khan won Olympic silver aged just 17[/caption] He turned pro as a star already[/caption]And again, the down-to-earth 38-year-old was asking this super-fan all about her life, why she now lives in Dubai, why she left England.
Sensing my precious time with Khan was slipping away, I did finally manage to get our chat underway.
But still, I was left stunned with the lack of ego he had shown in just the short period we had rubbed shoulders.
Khan helped keep funding for Team GB alive after medalling in Athens before turning pro a year later as an already household name.
And before even winning his first world title in 2009, he was a pay-per-view star making huge amounts of money.
Khan then took his career to America and that’s when he really made the big bucks.
And outside of the ropes, Khan has made waves.
Khan married Faryal Makhdoom in 2013[/caption] The couple’s relationship has been under the spotlight[/caption] But they seem happier than ever[/caption]He married Faryal Makhdoom in 2013 and their relationship has been under the spotlight ever since.
It’s something the couple at times courted, having taken part in three seasons of reality TV series Meet the Khans: Big in Bolton.
Khan has been accused of cheating on Faryal several times over the years – causing them to almost split.
But the boxer has hailed New York-born Faryal as “very forgiving” after admitting to doing “silly things” in his past.
The couple now appear happier than ever and share three children, Lamaisah, ten, Alayna, six and Muhammad Zaviyar, four.
They are also living in Dubai after leaving the UK in the wake of Khan’s horrifying gunpoint robbery.
Khan had a £72,000 watch snatched off him by a masked gunman on the streets of East London in April 2022.
Khan relocated to Dubai after leaving the UK[/caption] Khan and Faryal pose in their Dubai home[/caption] Khan with his kids, L to R, Alayna, Zaviyar and Lamaisah[/caption]A gun was pointed at Khan’s face – in front of terrified wife Faryal – before robbers demanded his diamond-encrusted Franck Muller Vanguard Chronograph watch.
Two men – Dante Campbell and Ahmed Bana – later pleaded guilty to conspiracy to rob and possession of an imitation firearm.
Bana was jailed for nine years and eight months – while Campbell was locked up for seven years and nine months.
The watch was also returned by police – but Khan was too fearful to remain living at home.
He told us: “Look, I can walk around wearing anything, doing anything.
“I can leave my car door open, it’s just so much safer here. I think the law is much more strict, I think people like us need that.”
Khan still enjoys the finer things in life, posing in supercars, showing off his collection of luxury watches and settling down in a huge mansion.
Khan runs his own humanitarian foundation[/caption] He has helped construct schools and orphanages and providing disaster aid[/caption] Khan most recently helped victims of the Gaza attacks[/caption]He also gives back.
Khan runs his own humanitarian foundation, helping construct schools and orphanages in Africa and providing disaster relief in Pakistan, Nepal, and England.
More recently, Khan has been helping victims of the Gaza attacks, providing food and supplies to those affected.
He also helps mentor young fighters, like Adam Azim and Tal Singh, which keeps him in the sport.
But Khan is no longer a fighter – as of now anyway – having retired in 2022 after finally facing nemesis Kell Brook.
It was a rivalry born from their amateur days and spanning nearly two decades by the time they shared the ring – admittedly past their primes.
Khan was stopped in six rounds and hung up his gloves afterwards – doing so with no regrets and a new pal in Brook.
Khan retired with no regrets[/caption]He said: “I had to do it for the UK fans, the British fans.
“They wanted to see that fight and even though I knew I was done, I still had to give them that UK fight between me and Kell Book.
“I mean we’re friends now, we were never friends. Sometimes it takes punching each other in the face to become friends.”
Khan fought a who’s who across four different weights, from greats of the past and present.
But it is only now in retirement that he gets the flowers he truly deserves.
He said: “When you retire, that’s when you realise you was a great champion for Great Britain.
“I put some great fights on television at home. I had great times, UK fans, I do love them and they were amazing.”
The boxing legend is still the star of the show wherever he goes[/caption] Khan and Faryal had their own BBC reality show[/caption]You’d think with his multiple charities, looking after the next crop of fighters and being such a family man, Khan would stay happily retired.
But his name continues to be called out, by the new-wave of celebrities-turned-boxers like KSI.
And he grinned: “Look we’re prize fighters, we talk numbers.
“If the numbers match then yeah, it’s a fight, but if not, then if it’s all just hype and talk, it’s not gonna work.
“But look, yeah there was talks about it and they asked me a question, if I’ll be up for it.
“Yeah, I mean, I’m a fighter. Every fighter is up for a fight so yeah, let’s see.”
Khan – who has boxed since the age of 11 – has achieved everything there is to in boxing.
But while returning for just one more bout against prankster-turned-prizefighter would earn him another handsome payday – it also comes at the risk of ruining his reputation.
And as I found out first-hand, that reputation is of a legend inside and outside of the ring, who I will always thank for letting me meet up close and personal.

Axed All Stars beauty reveals which Love Island star will hook up with bombshell Sammy Root as she sends warning
LOVE Island’s Olivia Hawkins has revealed there’s only one girl for new bombshell Sammy Root ahead of his All Stars entrance.
Sammy, 23, has a past with Elma Pazar, 32, after they met on the Towie circuit, so his arrival could not come at a better time for her after Ronnie Vint ditched her for Harriett Blackmore.
Bombshell Sammy hinted at rekindling a romance with his former flame Elma[/caption]Now, axed star Olivia, 29, said Elma would be the perfect match for former flame Sammy.
On the Love Island official Instagram page, Olivia commented on Sammy’s photo, writing: “Elma our manifesting came true.”
Olivia also warned if Elma doesn’t make a beeline for Sammy, then she’ll be heading back to the villa, writing: “Elma go get him or I’m coming back in.”
Sammy has made it clear that rekindling a romance with Elma could be on the cards.
Before entering the villa, Sammy was asked how he felt about seeing some familiar faces.
He replied: “For the people I have met before, I’m excited to see them again, but who knows – it could be fun or it might be awkward.”
Sammy, who split from Jess Harding just three months after they won the 2023 series, revealed what he is now looking for.
He said: “Previously I put a lot on looks whereas now I think it’s more important to focus on personality.
“I just want someone that’s outgoing, adventurous, happy and just a jolly person that I can have fun with.”
Speaking about his biggest red flags, Sammy said: “I’m not a fan of uptight people, I want someone who doesn’t care about what others think and just wants to have fun.”
Sammy’s been in holding in Cape Town for a while, but ITV2 bosses have put him in the villa at just the right time for him to rekindle early flames with Elma.
A source said: “Elma has said the attraction with Sammy was nothing more than flirtation as she’s conscious they have an age gap of nearly 10 years, but Love Island execs hope under the South African sun, love could bloom.
“Sammy is pals with a few of the lads too including Casey and Ron so will slot right in.
“He’s All Stars’ second winner too, joining Ekin in that accolade.”
Sammy won series 10 of the ITV2 dating show alongside then-girlfriend Jess.
However, the pair’s romance didn’t last, and they ended up splitting just three months after leaving the villa.
Jess told Sammy their relationship was over by phone – before news of their split leaked online while she was partying in Ibiza.
Sammy and Elma were rumoured to be dating in 2023, shortly before it was announced he was joining the cast of Towie.

How can I repair my marriage when my wife wants to hook up with other men?
DEAR DEIDRE: HOW can I repair my marriage when my wife wants to hook up with other men?
All I want is to be intimate with her again, but she says she’d rather have sex with strangers.
I’m 44 and she’s 42. We’ve been married for 15 years and have a teenage son, who has a learning disability.
Life has been very stressful, because he needs so much extra attention.
It’s had a bad effect on our marriage. Our sex life has been the main casualty.
We haven’t been intimate in years. She’s lost interest in me and always says she’s not in the mood.
Recently, she’s been more distant than usual, and going out a lot in the evenings with her ‘friends’, leaving me to care for our son.
A few weeks ago, I confronted her, saying we needed to talk about the future of our marriage. I wanted to try to sort things out.
Instead, she told me she’d signed up to a website for casual hook-ups and has met up with a few different men.
I was blindsided. She claimed she needed an escape, and sex with random men made her feel attractive again.
When I asked if she wanted a divorce, she said no. What she wants is to carry on with our marriage as ‘normal’ for our son’s sake, but to start dating other men too.
In other words, she wants me to agree to an open relationship.
For her it’s the best of both worlds – stability at home, and sexual thrills with strangers.
For me, it’s a horrifying prospect. I said I couldn’t do it, and only wanted her.
She responded by accusing me of trying to control her.
I feel humiliated, angry and bereft. What should I do?
MORE FROM DEAR DEIDRE
DEIDRE SAYS: Your wife is behaving selfishly.
You’ve made it clear you don’t want an open relationship, and her response is to gaslight you.
This is emotionally abusive.
It is not good for your son either, who must sense the tension between you.

Mega-rich donors flock to Nigel Farage’s glitzy Reform fundraiser after forking out up to £25,000 on tickets
MEGA rich donors flocked to Mayfair last night to line the Reform Party coffers with more than £1MILLION.
Nigel Farage added the seven-figure sum to his campaign war-chest as wealthy backers paid up to £25,000-a-head for the swanky bash at Oswald’s private members club.
Holly Valance arrives at Oswald’s[/caption] Lady Victoria Hervey arrives at Oswald’s private members club[/caption]Guests ranged from celebs like heavyweight boxer Derek Chisora and SAS hardman Ant Middleton, to the racehorse trainer Andrew Reid and businessman Myles Barclay.
The party’s new treasurer Nick Candy – tasked with pulling in the rich supporters – was present with his actress wife Holly Valance.
He gave a speech to the 100 attendees, along with party chairman Zia Yusuf and then the keynote address by Mr Farage.
They quaffed champagne, tucked into what one guest said was “the best roast beef I’ve had in my life” before Mr Farage led the room in a chorus of God Save The King.
Forms were left on tables for donors to pledge more money the the party.
The mega fundraiser will send chills down the spines of Tory bosses who emptied their coffers fighting the summer election and are scrambling to draw in cash.
Some polls have put Reform ahead of the Conservatives and nipping at the heels of Labour.
Other guests last night included Charles James Spencer-Churchill, the 12th Duke of Marlborough.
Reform backers George Cottrell and Aaron Banks were also among the suited-and-booted, along with socialite Lady Victoria Hervey.
Party MPs Richard Tice, Lee Anderson and James McMurdock were also at the sought-after event, alongside Tory turncoat Dame Andrea Jenkyns.
Voters are also are flocking to Nigel Farage’s Reform because of its hardline stance on immigration, a new poll reveals.
The party is now polling at 24 per cent, with a third of Tory voters ready to jump ship at the next election.
Immigration is at the heart of its appeal, with 18 per cent of supporters saying Reform’s hardline policies are their main reason for backing the party.
Frustration with the main parties is another key factor, as 19 per cent of voters say they support Reform because it’s seen as different from Labour and the Tories.
The poll, conducted by YouGov, found older voters are driving the surge, with 36 per cent of over-65s and 28 per cent of those aged 50-64 open to voting for Farage.
Brexiteers are also turning their backs on the Tories, with 46 per cent saying they’d back Reform compared to 40 per cent sticking with the Conservatives.
