The podcast host was glowing as she cradled her bump for pictures at the party, held in Blackpool.

In one snap, Charlotte packed on the PDA with Matt for the joyous day which was attended by their family and close friends.

Charlotte wore a stunning, figure-hugging pink satin dress.

The frock featured a feathered trim with a left leg slit as the mum-to-be oozed glamour.

She maintained a pink theme throughout the shower, with her mum Tracey rocking a pink blazer and hat, along with stylish black trousers.

Last week Charlotte revealed she spent the day in tears and felt really low as she struggles with her emotions ahead of the birth.

Sharing a candid post on Instagram, she said: “Had a really hormonal day where I cried most of the day!

“The boys went back to nursery and was tough getting them there and I’m feeling just really run down and low.

“But it’s ok to have those days. I wanted to start January on a high but I haven’t really yet.”

Elsewhere, Charlotte and Matt seem to be back on track after she kicked him out of their family home after sending messages to another woman online.

Charlotte later allowed Matt back into the house as they worked to save their relationship.

“I can’t think of a more potent antidote to Farage’s miserabilism, than proving the cynics wrong and getting the NHS delivering world class care. We can defeat Farage by turning around the NHS.

“The populist right are coming for us. We need to be serious about beating them.”

Mr Farage dismissed Mr Streeting’s attack as nonsense.

And he shrugged of Labour’s new Stop Reform mission, saying: “If the Labour Party want to give me free publicity, I look forward to it with relish.”

Parking his tanks on Labour lawns, Mr Farage went to the heart of the party’s Red Wall on Saturday night to address crowds in Houghton-le-Spring, near Sunderland.

Trump ended his post by saying to anyone who attacks the US: “We will find you, and we will kill you!”

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth confirmed he conducted the coordinated strikes alongside Trump and the Federal Government of Somalia.

The aerial attacks on a senior Islamic State (IS) planner were carried out by US Africa Command in the Golis mountains, he added.

Hegseth continued: “This action further degrades ISIS’s ability to plot and conduct terrorist attacks threatening US citizens, our partners, and innocent civilians.”

The name or number of confirmed kills are yet to be announced.

IS operatives have caused havoc across the globe over the past few decades but have been mainly patrolling parts of Africa in recent years.

HEADING home after a night out? There’s a handy feature that lets your friends and family make sure you’re getting back safely.

It could save you if you’re lost, incapacitated, or during a dangerous kidnapping situation where you’ve been snatched by someone.

There are features available for this on both iPhone and Android.

So it’s important to familiarise yourself with how they work before you ever need to use them.

Importantly, these features are handy for keeping loved ones up-to-date with your movements, even if you’re not in danger.

And they’re free to use, so you might want to switch them on during all trips home late at night.

IPHONE CHECK IN

On an iPhone, the feature is called Check In.

It was added in 2023 with iOS 17, so there’s a good chance you have it. You can check your iPhone’s iOS version by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

You’re meant to activate Check In when you’re on your way somewhere.

The idea is that Check In will automatically notify a friend that your iPhone has arrived at a destination.

And you can choose what details that person sees if you don’t successfully “complete” the Check In.

That might include your location, battery percentage, and phone signal.

To send a Check In, you’ll want to go into the Messages ap.

Then tap on the chat button and add a recipient – or open an existing conversation.

Now tap on the + (plus) symbol, and choose More > Check In > Edit.

You’ll be able to choose between two options: When I Arrive or After A Timer.

If you pick When I Arrive, you’ll log your destination, how you’ll get there (like driving, public transport, or walking), and add any extra time.

The Check In feature will monitor your journey and then warn your friend if your iPhone stops progressing for an “extended period of time” – or if it doesn’t get to the destination as expected.

If you do make it to your destination, Check In will automatically “complete” and let your friend know.

If you choose After A Timer, you’ll be able to specify a certain amount of time.

This is useful if you’re not going somewhere, but are meeting someone new – like on a date.

If you don’t end the Check In before the timer runs out, Check In will warn your friend.

Once you’ve made your decision, tap the blue Send arrow to deliver the Check in.

If you don’t get to your destination or the Check In isn’t cancelled – and you don’t respond to any prompts – the details of your iPhone’s journey will be sent to your friend.

You can edit the details of your Check In at any time[/caption]

You can also add time to your Check In at any point – just go back to the Check In, tap Details > Add Time, and then choose an option.

With Full Sharing, Check In will show:

• Current location
• Network signal
• Battery details
• The route you’ve travelled
• The last time you unlocked your iPhone
• The last time you removed your Apple Watch

That should give a friend or family member enough info to make a decision about your safety.

ANDROID SAFETY CHECK

There’s a very similar feature to Check In on Android called Safety Check.

“If you want your phone to check on you and let your emergency contacts know if anything is wrong, you can schedule a safety check,” Google explains.

“For example, you can use a safety check when you walk in an unfamiliar area or go to a party.”

You can find it on Android phones inside the Safety app.

This is a standard Google app built into newer versions of Android.

Go into the Safety app and then tap on Safety Check.

Then you’ll want to choose your Reason and Duration, with a check period lasting anything up to 24 hours.

Now tap Next, select your chosen contacts, and tap Start.

If you activate notifications for your emergency contacts, they’ll be told when your Safety Check has been scheduled – as well as when it ends.

Once the time comes for you to complete your Safety Check, you’ll get an alert 60 seconds before.

If you mark yourself safe then the emergency sharing will be cancelled.

But if you don’t choose an option in that 60-second period, the emergency sharing will begin.

The options include:

• I’m OK
• Start sharing now
• Call 911

Google

If your phone is switched off or loses signal during a Safety Check, it will still remain active.

When the emergency sharing begins, it’ll deliver your last-known location at the check-in time instead.

The emergency sharing will include a link to track your real-time location, as well as your phone’s remaining battery percentage.

If you feel like you’re in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.

FOUR people have been killed in a horror crash after a car ploughed into a building during the early hours of the morning.

Police scrambled to Magdalen Street in Colchester at around 4.40am after reports of a crash.

The four victims tragically died at the scene, said the force.

No further details about their ages or genders have been released at this stage.

Cops said that the families of the victims have been informed and will be supported by specialist officers.

The road has been closed for much of the day while the vehicle was recovered.

Police advised locals to avoid the area if possible and plan journeys in advance.

Essex Police urged anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage to get in contact immediately.

Cops added: “We’re working with residents affected by the road closure about access to and from their properties.”

Temporary Assistant Chief Constable Stuart Hooper said: “My thoughts, and those of everyone at Essex Police, is with the friends and families of the four people who died this morning.

“I want to thank the businesses and residents in the Magdalen Street area for their support and understanding today in what has been a really difficult and tragic situation.

“I always want to pay tribute to emergency services personnel who have worked diligently, professionally and compassionately to ensure the dignity of those who have died.

“Our inquiries to establish what led up to the collision are ongoing and I need anyone with information to contact us.”

An Essex Police spokesman previously said: “Four people have died following a collision in Colchester early this morning.

“We were called shortly before 4.40am today to reports a vehicle had been in collision with a building in Magdalen Street.

“Emergency services attended but, sadly, four people died at the scene.

“Their families have been informed and will be supported by specialist officers.

“The road has been closed for much of the day while the vehicle was recovered and we carried out enquiries.

A WOMAN who has the body of an eight-year-old girl despite being 25 has opened up about the dangers for her with dating.

Speaking on The Unplanned Podcast, Shauna shared: “It’s very easy to be prey in this world as a tiny little girl, and my parents taught me that from a very young age.

“They told me, ‘Look, any guy that’s interested in you, any person that’s interested in you, you have to read into them because there’s a chance that it’s about your size.

“I grew up knowing that, and it was scary. I was scared to date. I was scared to flirt with anyone. I was even scared to be asked out.”

Shauna shared how she was previously asked out in a cafeteria and her immediate thought was “are you a predator?”

She continued: “I just couldn’t say yes.

“I remember wondering what the conversation about dating was like between my mum and my stepdad. 

“When they finally sat me down to talk about it, they said, ‘Look, when it comes to romantic things, people may view you differently. 

“‘But what you want to look for is building a friendship, building a base. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about looks.

“‘You’re going to get old. You’re going to get ugly. You’re going to get grouchy.’

“They told me, ‘You want to find someone with whom you can build a strong foundation and a bond. 

“‘You’ll probably end up with someone who was your friend for a really, really long time—someone who eventually realises they like you. 

“‘And that’s going to be your situation.’”

Shauna, who is the star of her own TV show I am Shauna Rae, suffers from a rare condition that makes her look younger than her age.

She was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer when she was six months old and underwent chemotherapy.

Shauna was six-months-old when doctors found an aggressive brain tumour and went through three years of successful chemotherapy[/caption]

While the radiation successfully rid her body of cancer, it caused her pituitary gland to not function properly.

The pituitary gland affects the “brain, skin, energy, mood, reproductive organs, vision, growth, and more,” according to the Cleveland Clinic.

At just 16 years old, Shauna learned that she was officially done developing, despite taking growth hormones.

In her show, fans see Shauna’s day-to-day struggles due to her appearance, including getting turned away by bartenders and having problems getting tattoos or a gym membership.

Due to her condition, Shauna has found dating to be a struggle and revealed on the show that she was currently single.

“It’s hard to meet new people because people don’t understand that I’m an adult,” she confessed during the show’s premiere.

“My last relationship ended because he didn’t want to go out to, like, a restaurant with me or just go out and take a walk with me.”

She went on to explain that she tends to attract “creeps, a**holes, and idiots.”

Despite her troubles with dating and meeting people, Shauna was romantically linked to British CEO Dan Swygart.

Their relationship was shown on season 2 of the show.

“And when I found the boyfriend that I had and we dated for a couple years and it finally happened, it made me feel like a normal woman.”

She added that she has no problem having sex and can “do all those normal things other humans do in those activities.”

Speaking of why she decided to be so open about such a personal subject, she said: “I know sex is a huge topic when it comes to disability and just dwarfism in general, so it is something that is touchy.

“I don’t think sex should be so taboo as it is in our society.”

She also said that she’s super glad that her body works in that way, considering her circumstances.
