Max George (2010-2012)
Michelle started dating The Wanted star, Max George, in 2010.
Shortly after they started seeing each other, Max went public with their relationship in New! Magazine.
He said: “She’s a funny girl — and I love her accent too… it’s early days though.””
Max proposed in June 2011, but the pair called off their engagement in January 2012, putting an end to their planned £250,000 wedding.
Speaking to The Sun about the breakup, Max said: “I had a real problem with drinking too much and that was, without doubt, the downfall of our relationship.
“I was drinking more to forget the fact I was with someone who wasn’t making me that happy. Michelle is seen as Britain’s Sweetheart nowadays; I understand it might have looked as if there was something to hide, but there was no betrayal in terms of cheating.”
He added, “I tried to kid myself it would work out OK, but the moment she said she didn’t want to be engaged anymore I know that something was wrong.
“It was a whirlwind.
“I don’t regret it because you shouldn’t regret anything you do.
“You learn.”

Mark Wright 2012-present
Michelle started dating Mark Wright in December 2012, almost a year after she called off her engagement with Max.
Rumours about them dating swirled, as they were spotted at the same hotel in Dubai as well as kissing in a nightclub.
They finally went public with their relationship in May 2013 at the British Soap Awards.
That same year, Mark proposed to Michelle in Dubai.
They tied the knot in May 2015 in a lavish ceremony with 12ft trees lining the aisle.
The reception was held at a Tudor mansion named Hengrave Hall in Suffolk.
Mark and Michelle became parents
On March 12, 2025, Michelle and Mark announced that they had welcomed their first child together.
In an adorable Instagram post, they revealed their baby’s unique name.
Michelle wrote: “Together we have a new love to share… Our little girl, Palma Elizabeth Wright, 06.03.25.”
They chose the name Palma, because of their love for Mallorca which also served as the location of the couple’s pregnancy reveal photoshoot.
A friend of the couple told The Sun: “Michelle and Mark went on a winter sun break in early November and chose to take the photograph there.
“It was taken on an empty beach by a friend when they knew no one would spot them.
“Majorca is like a second home to them so it felt special for them to take that photograph there.”
