A WOMAN has revealed how she paid £280 for a pallet of returned furniture but ended up a staggering £2,237 worth of products.
YouTuber Roxxsaurus, who has racked up 4.56million followers, did an exciting unboxing of the items, but revealed why she wouldn’t do it again.

In her video, which currently has 68,000 views, she said: “In case you guys haven’t seen the first video, essentially what I do is I go on this website called UnDelivered.com, and I pretty much buy a bunch of things from that.
“I’ve bought lost suitcases, I’ve bought customer return products like clothing and beauty, but they also have a section where you can actually buy palettes of furniture returns.
“These palettes basically include things from known high street retailers that do furniture, such as DFS.
“Sometimes you can get things from Habitat.
“The first palette was enough of a success that I thought, you know what, why not do another one?”
England-based Roxi said she spent £279.99 on the pallet which was more than her first one, but she hoped to get better results.
However, she admitted she knew it was a “little bit of a risk” as you are “not guaranteed to have fully functioning furniture.”
The first item she opened up was a coffee table from Sofology, which she said could be perfect for a house she is flipping at the moment.
She also got a black side table and said it looked “literally brand new”, although she wasn’t happy that it wasn’t already assembled.
Roxi shared: “Okay, this is giving IKEA, I’m not going to lie. I’ll obviously have to build everything and show you guys how it all looks.
“This side table would have originally cost me £349—that’s if it was complete, though.”
She also got some Nest Tables which were from Sofology and retail for £499, but they didn’t have a top.
The YouTuber wrote: “Obviously, what I received in the palette is not worth that because they are missing the glass tabletops, which is a huge chunk of the table.”

Missing items
Next up was what appeared to be a tabletop – but it had one issue.
The YouTuber shared: “Let’s see… it looks pretty brand new.
“Whoa, this is nice! I love this type of wood. In fact, this is my favorite type of wood—it’s like a walnut finish. This is so cool!
“It does have holes in it, however. I think maybe that’s why it was returned.
“I don’t think that’s supposed to have holes there.
“Someone might have bought it, punctured it by accident, and then returned it.
“But I’m sure it’s something that could be easily fixed with a little bit of wood filler or something.”
Table drama
Roxi was excited at what appeared to be a full dining room table from Asoria, but there was a drawback as just the legs were included.
She shared: “Alright, moment of truth—is there a whole dining table in here? Oh my gosh! “Okay, yeah, so it’s just the legs, but wow, these are nice dining table legs!
“They’re like proper solid wood. This is nice!
First things first, I feel a little bit cheated—just a little bit—because not only did I pay more money this time, but I also feel like I got worse products

“I mean, I don’t love the color of the wood, but you know, it’s real wood, so you could probably sand it down and restain it.
“Okay, so that’s the legs—I hope we have the dining tabletop for this to match.
“This would have been a four-to-six-seater dining table, an extending one, and it would have cost me £1,000 if it had the tabletop.”
Next up she opened up a £399 Cuba Coffee Table without a base and a £429 Sparta Coffee Table.
The grand total would have come to £2,237—that’s if everything had been complete and actually worked the way it was supposed to

One of the most random items in the pallet was a £60 metal dog crate that she knew she was never going to use.
Feeling a bit deflated, Roxi added: “So far, we’ve got a lot of different tabletops but only one set of legs that doesn’t match any of them.
“So I don’t really have high hopes, but let’s open this next one.”
Sadly the next item didn’t bring her much joy as it was a repeat of a table base she had in the previous pallet but in worse condition.
She said: “This is quite disappointing that I got a repeat.
“That other base is still in storage. I can’t seem to sell it on Facebook or anything. So I guess I have two now—yay.”

Roxi’s verdict
Overall, Roxi wasn’t happy with what she got and said she wouldn’t do it again.
She shared: “First things first, I feel a little bit cheated—just a little bit—because not only did I pay more money this time, but I also feel like I got worse products, and a lot more of them were completely incomplete.”
But how much would the items have cost in total?
Roxi shared: “The grand total would have come to £2,237—that’s if everything had been complete and actually worked the way it was supposed to.
“But as we know from watching the unboxing, unfortunately, everything was missing something.
“So, I feel like this palette was definitely not worth anywhere near that price, and personally, I do feel like I have been a little bit shunted with this palette.
“After this experience, do I think I will buy another palette like this from Undelivered? “Probably not, just because I do feel like a lot of it was basically junk in this one.
“I feel really mean for saying it, but it’s kind of the truth. There were only a few things where I thought, ‘Okay, maybe I can make this work somehow.’”
