DRAGONS’ Den is one of the most exciting business programmes on TV.
On February 6, 2025, a plant-based dog food business and a unique coffee business will be trying to secure the Dragons’ investment.

Dr Guy Sandelowsky & Shiv Savakumar – Omni
Guy and Shiv are hoping to get the Dragons to invest in their healthy plant-based dog food.
Their products are designed to avoid dogs gaining weight or having allergic reactions to meals.
As a business, they use 61 per cent less water than a regular dog food brand and produce 73 per cent less greenhouse gases.
Their venture is backed by Nottingham vet school to ensure that it is healthy for dogs.
Guy got the idea for the business when his labrador began to develop health problems.
He said: “It all started when my own black Labrador Bondie suffered for years with itchy skin and waxy ears, but the allergy meds I was giving him were making him fat and giving him other side effects.
“When we switched him to a novel protein food, he stopped needing the meds, his weight normalised and he was symptom free, it was amazing!
“I wanted others to get these benefits also.”
He met Shiv online in 2020 during the Covid pandemic, prompting Shiv to leave banking.
They decided to form Omni together.
Opening up about trying his hand at dog food production, Shiv said: “Working in banking was sole destroying, I needed to stop and find a career path where I could make a change for good – Omni has allowed me to help pets live healthier lives whilst we’re kinder to the planet and other animals, it’s a win win!”
Will and Caro – Little’s
Little’s is a Devon-based business which is dedicated to making coffee with a difference.
They create their own pods in the UK and are targeting younger coffee drinkers, who love iced varieties and fun flavours including Pumpkin Spice and Vanilla.
Little’s say that their brand allows you to make specialty coffee at home for just 64p a cup.
The brand was launched 30 years ago by husband and wife Henry and Leila Little.
They were inspired by their travels around California.
Little’s is now run by Henry and Leila’s son Will and his wife Caro.

Speaking about bringing Little’s to The Den, Will said: “We’re a self-funded family business, so my natural reaction was to say no to Dragons’ Den when I was approached by the BBC.
“But I thought about it, and I realised that Dragons’ Den has become a really credible TV show for challenger brands and having the backing, and mentorship, of a Dragon seemed like an opportunity I’d be silly to pass up.
“It’s hard to explain how intense, surreal, and nerve-wracking the whole experience is.
“Nothing can prepare you for the moment you step into the Den and face the Dragons.
“It’s not every day you get to meet the people you grew up watching on television. Overall, the experience was actually amazing. Scary, but amazing.”
Dragon’s Den Series 22
Both businesses will be featured on Dragon’s Den on February 6, 2025.
The 22nd series of Dragon’s Den has featured some incredible business people as guest investors, including Trinny Woodall and Joe Wicks.
